Please keep in mind that the activation theme does not have any influence with your importing or exporting theme settings. Please keep in mind that the shortcodes (from visual Composer) are not recognized by our Mobile Theme, as my colleague Bogdan said you above. If you are not satisfied with our mobile theme you should disable this plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to general responsive mobile which will recognize your shortcodes.

In a future update, it is possible but we cannot say for sure if it will get done in the next update because we have a big list of fixes, improvements, and suggestions to implement. It’s hard to filter them and select which one gets implemented now and which one gets postponed. The developers decide if it gets done or not, though. Until we can do it, you can use a plugin.

You should create your pages for Flight and Holidays. For example, for Flight, you should make a new page with this name, and inside it, you should add a block which can be filtered by your tag, flight for example. Please keep in mind that this type of error can occur for various reasons which are not related to our theme, sorry! In most cases, it happens due to the CDN files or server cache which deliver something wrong. As I stated you above, please try to find other online solutions in this regard because the origin of this issue can be more complex and depends on a lot of things and it is not theme related.

It seems to have a problem with your frontend. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme which is Newspaper 7.5 and also, the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Make sure that you have updated the Visual Composer to the higher tested version with the theme ->4.12.1. Notice that the theme is fully compatible with the VC and until now we do not have any bad reports in this regard! If the problem is still there, please try making a new fresh install from scratch via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. I notice that you are using the W# Total Cache as the caching plugin which is not compatible with our theme and which can create a lot of unknown issues. Please keep in mind that the theme was tested with embedded method and seems to work as properly until now. Try to make a new clean install from scratch, install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme, uses only tested plugins and check the results.

Unfortunately, the latest version of Visual Composer (version 5) is not yet tested with our theme and you can’t use it with our theme, at the moment, sorry! Notice that this plugin should have to be adjusted and verified before being released. Our developers work hard in this regard and we will release that version in our near future updates. Until we will launch the future updates with this version of Visual Composer you should use the VC 4.12.1 version.

It seems to be a strange behavior which can be generated by your untested plugins which are used by you. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Please keep in mind that the mobile theme plugin is fully tested and compatible with our product and it seems to work as properly until now. Try my advice and check the results.

Please notice that the theme does not enlarge the image to fit its space in full width. It will just be displayed the images in the original size.
If you don’t have the possibility to upload large images you could use a combination of plugins to upscale the thumbs – Thumbnail Upscale and Force Regenerate. I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash/time loading when you enter on your website, regarding on your loading font, right? Firstly is loaded a default font and then will appear your custom font, right? This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code. Please notice that the CSS are working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly in this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css. If you want to make deeper changes in this regard, you should check the td_config.php core files and from here you should change the default theme fonts which are Open Sans and Roboto with your desired one, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/YXUNUqxE.
