Hello drakulina,
Please keep in mind that each post templates uses different thumbs to fit the Feature image and Featured Video. Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the size of it but only if you will custom implement it. For my understanding, please provide a certain example and also, try to explain me what do you want to implement your featured video and what you want to display it at your side. I need to know these details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello IamLegend,
I have tested the code from my side and seems to work as properly. Try using the !important tag to give a higher priority for your code.
.single_template_8 .td-a-rec-id-content_inline{
display:none!important;
}
Hope this helps!

Hello deelv,
Please notice that is not a simple task and if you want to change the structure of our sorting system you should check all the theme core files and try to adjust them as you want. Maybe you should change the API implementation which is not covered by our support. Usually, we recommend the developers from studio.envato.com

Hello kr15k0,
I have inspected your post page and I saw that you have only 1 ad at the bottom of your page, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/G5CqyRvGRQ I thought that you have had 2 articles ads added in that place and you do not know how to align them, and that’s why I requested your website. You should add the second ad and then you can let me know so I try to provide a proper CSS code in this regard.

First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme which comes bundled with the latest version of required plugins (Visual Composer 4.12.1, Social Counter 4.1). Hello JJ0000,
I have inspected your above .htaccess configuration but unfortunately, at first look, we could not identify where is the error if this exists, sorry! As I recommend you is to try using the theme in the default state, without any customization, disable all untested plugins, all CDN modules if you are using and check the results. Please notice that is not a simple task and we cannot provide a more accurate response in this regard because of this request time-consuming and unfortunately, time does not allow us to provide customizations for .htaccess. You can give a simple search on our forum because there it has been discussed this on .htaccess. Please keep in mind that our theme works as properly with this type of .htaccess configuration, according to our documentation here -> http://screencast.com/t/qrwM7SNcQ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/. If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please try to find other online solution in this regard or also, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

You can find a solution here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/ Also, if the problem will not be solved with this advice, please try to find other online solutions in this regard because the origin of this issue can be more complex and depends on a lot of things and it is not theme related.

Hello jboursaw,
About what type of Ad do you are referring to? Please provide your website URL with your Ad displayed and the Latest Articles title so I can inspect it closer and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Regarding on rotate Ads, please notice that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to rotate the Ads using 3 custom ads, sorry! Please notice that our theme has been designed to use only the Adsense code if you want to bring best results. The AdRotate plugin is not tested with our theme but from our reports it works fine, you can read more details about it here: https://ajdg.solutions/manuals/adrotate-manuals/
The plugin generates shortcodes so you just need to paste the shortcode in theme panel -> ads and the theme will display the output generated by ad-rotate: http://screencast.com/t/B9qp4cRLFLaV
Hope this helps!

Hello Aminul Islam,
Please notice that the mobile theme is an optional plugin which can be used or not. When the plugin is activated, the theme will be switched in mobile theme version. So, if you want to get back to the general responsive version, you simply disable this plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to this default mode. For more information about our mobile theme, please consult the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hello faraz,
Please notice that our theme has been designed to have these sizes for our Big Grids. We do not recommend to increase or decrease them because you can break the theme layout but it is just your choice. If you want to change the structure for Big Grid you should check your style.css by the certain class of Big Grid and change from there any parameters you want, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/4If8dZT7Sdk Notice that this is not a simple task and therefore you should adjust the other elements for bringing the best results. if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/web designer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello drakulina,
If you want to have a specific size you should change the actual width and height values with yours and then you can use the @media queries rule to make it responsive for any devices. For more information about this method, you should consult here -> http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_mediaquery.asp
If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
