Hello seifdine,
I have checked your website and I saw that you do not have the right version of Visual Composer, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/q1p7JfsO Please ensure that you are using the latest version of required plugins in order to achieve best results in theme (Visual Composer 4.12 and Social Counter 4.1).
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello joncreek,
To achieve the same layout, you will have to add a width:100% for your logo image, as in this example ->
http://screencast.com/t/1KtVwuEx9
.td-header-style-10 .td-header-sp-logo img {
width: 100%;
}
Hope this helps!
Thanks.
Hello nano,
For some of your customizations, please try to use the code below and place it in Theme panel->Cusotm CSS area.
The code is ->
.author-box-wrap{
background-image: url(http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/login-mod.jpg);
background-size:100% 100%;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
border-color:red;
}
.td-author-name, .td-author-description {
font-family:Verdana;
}
.author-box-wrap img {
border-radius:50px;
}
The result you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/IQuw4EwKJ
For more control over Posts Elements, Author Section regarding on fonts, please check your Theme panel->Theme Fonts, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/ggyEAdDn8 Also, the theme does not have such an option that offers you a way to add the social icons on the author card but only if you will implement it yourself or you can use some plugins with this functionality.
Thanks.
Hello LPH,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.3) and also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. For more information about mobile theme, please consult the docuemntation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Hello stokokkino,
Unfortunately, our theme has not been designed to have such an option and you need some additional customizations through the code for it implementation. You can point out to your developer the way the title is added to the posts. Here is the title function: http://screencast.com/t/0dWiQejKlnv
A custom function needs to be created to grab the subtitle and then called in the module files like the title is called: http://screencast.com/t/svG4BqSBN5
This has to be done inside each module file.
Thank you!
Hello nano2408,
Please notice that this type of effect is a Big Grid 5 in a Tab. For example, please try to use the following code and place it in your Visual Composer Classic mode and check the results. The code is there -> http://pastebin.com/ZuTnaBYq All of our demos have an own design and I suggest you installing the demo if you want to have that layout.

Hello brianzulberti,
What kind of elements are contains the Contact page? Please notice that the Mobile Theme do not recognize the Visual Composer and that’s why in the mobile theme you cannot render your Contact page. If you want to display it, you simply turn off the mobile theme and this will be switched to the general responsive mode.

Hello Rousing The Kop,
Please keep in mind that our theme has been designed to be more useful both desktop and mobile mode. So, at the moment, please notice that our theme has 2 alternatives for mobile mode -> the first one is named as default mobile which all the element from desktop version is compressed to look better on mobile mode and the second one is named Mobile Theme which is totally different than your desktop…as you can see in our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ the mobile theme only display the Big Grid with Featured posts at the front of your page, some texts if this will be written from the backend (Mobile Editor) and at the bottom you will bring the Latest Articles module. Please notice that you cannot bring the sale layout on the mobile which looks as similar with on the desktop without responsiveness because the width is different.
The author will need a bit of a CSS fix as the CSS got changed a bit in the new update but the author name was not updated for it. So until the next theme version please use this CSS code in the mobile theme’s custom code box:
.td-post-author-name div { display:inline; }
Thanks for your understanding!
