Also, please notice that the Big Grid features are not available for this mode but only if you will use the do_shortcode method for adding the proper code to index.php core file. Also, if you want to switch your page to the Static page you can add this feature using the Visual Composer. In a future update, it is possible but we cannot say for sure if it will get done in the next update because we have a big list of fixes, improvements, and suggestions to implement. It’s hard to filter them and select which one gets implemented now and which one gets postponed. The developers decide if it gets done or not, though. Until we can do it, you can use a plugin.

So, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

For your second question, please notice that all of these symbols are from Visual Composer and that’s why these will appear without this plugin.

Please notice that we have our own list of tested browsers where our theme working properly (on the desktop and mobile mode) and as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/BVY30mbd It is possible that the theme is working fine on some mobile default browsers but we cannot say for sure this thing. Also, please notice that we have not made any tests with Facebook and also, none of Facebook application is not tested with the theme and therefore we cannot say for sure if it will work or not, sorry!

Do you have some server caches on your dedicated server? Please try to clear all of these and if you do not have any access in this regard, please request this task to your hosting provider. Also, if you are using a CDN system please try to purge all the CDN files and check the results.

I have re-checked your website and I saw that you are using the Post Template Style 5 for your post design and please notice that for this type of template, the featured image will not be shown to the post page—this is the only one template with this setting. If you want the contrary, you will have to change it with another one.

Please keep in mind that our theme has been made to respect the Google’s standard regarding on page structure and we didn’t do any tests with -> https://validator.w3.org/ I’ve added this on our list and we will run some test to check if there is an incompatibility in HTML structure of the page. The pingback_url parameter displays the pingback XML-RPC file URL: http://screencast.com/t/l39D6FZuw9Q but in your case the URL it’s empty. This issue could be caused by a plugin so you could try by deactivating all, leave just Visual Composer active, clear the cache ant test again.

Please notice that this is not a ridiculous, sorry! I guess that you are referring to the Mobile Editor, right? So, please notice that this section appears only if the mobile plugin is active and there you will add any text you will have to display in your mobile mode but using the mobile theme. If you will read our documentation about this concept, you will find out that mobile theme will render only 2 modules on the front end and this type of text, if it will be added there. -> at the front of the page will appear a Big Grid which is filtered by Featured Category, the text, and the Latest Articles module in the bottom of the page. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, all the required plugins have updated to the latest version of them (Visual Composer 4.12 and Social Counter 4.1). If you are suing the CDN system, please try to purge all the files, clear all your cache and server cache (you will have to request this task to your hosting provider if you do not have any access to clear it) and then test it again and check the results.

Please notice that our product has evolved to the 7.3 version and I suggest you keeping up with this version if you want to achieve best results. Also, all the required plugins should have had the latest version of them (Visual Composer 4.12 and Social Counter 4.1). Also, please notice that the update must be through FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. After all of this advice, try to clear all your caches and test the theme again and check the results.
