After some investigations, it seems to your website loading waits by an old image which was used on a demo (7.jpg). Seems to be strange! Also, the pop-up seems to comes from your untested plugins which you were used on your website. Unfortunately, at the moment, the theme works only with the available AJAX filter options from block settings. If you want to change this functionality, you need to do it yourself through the code or if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Notice that the Speed Booster is an optional plugin and if you are using another untested plugin with the theme, this plugin will be automatically disabled. The speed booster is an optional plugin and it is tested only with these plugins – http://screencast.com/t/hcjLnOqh4i2 and if you use other plugins it will be automatically disabled. A lot of people install the plugin without knowing what it does and after that, they add many plugins and some of them are not written fine so the developer took this decision. If you want to always enable speed booster, delete this code from speed booster file: http://screencast.com/t/RZLIOPUNdqh

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to achieve this, sorry! Regarding different colors, you should try using the Cloud Template and create your own Category with TD Composer and use any colors you want.
