If you want to change the theme name, you need to edit the theme core files and make the changes from the code. The theme does not have any such an option for this and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

1)There’s no problem. That page has been created to display some blocks which do not have any featured images displayed. If you want to replicate this one, you need to use block 9,10 as an example. Just in case, you need to make a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your data. Normally, all of your created content/settings/images etc. are loaded and saved in your database but for any event, we recommend to make a full backup.
