In my case, any list edited with td composer left huge gaps between each list. I had to go back to the HTML editor to remove the lists and just use them as regular paragraphs. An example is like this:
1. Tagdiv composer
(all this is white space)
2. I like Newspaper.
3…..list continues like that.

@ryehillmedia2018! if you look under Appearance>Menus in your WordPress dashboard, you will see an option to assign a menu as “mobile menu” alongside other options like top header menu and header menu (main) as shown here http://prntscr.com/kdmspd (the mobile menu option will show at the end if you have the mobile plugin installed_. Make sure you have selected the main menu in that section and just tick the mobile menu option so that it now has the main menu and the mobile menu ticked and save. Clear your caches as above and check again if it worked. You can also create another menu and assign it to the mobile menu.
Unfortunately, there is no way to download older versions of the theme. Send an email to contact@tagdiv.com and make the request for the version(s) you want. You may want to paste the link to this post or include your theme purchase code so they can recognise you. But if it is a problem they can help you to rectify, it is better to have it solved than downgrading. (I don’t work here).
Maybe you are not setting the full size of the image

If you set a thumbnail then that would be stretched to fill the container, the results will be blurry indeed.

Try to clear you autoptimize cache and the wp super cache plugin cache (or cache for the plugin you use if not wp super cache) and see if it resolves the issue. Then debug your posts again as directed by Simion. I used the autoptimize plugin before and did not have issues with it, but I had disabled CSS and js minification for HTML. I now use fast velocity minify.
Check under Newspaper>Theme Panel>Social Networks in your WordPress dashboard and make your changes from there. (Remove the # button if you do not wish to show or replace some of the sites URLs).
I use the plugin but with its own hosted icons. I will try to get the new cdn from the font awesome site.
Hi Janelle. As per the tagdiv team’s advice, you should not use tagdiv composer and wp bakery at the same time. In fact, the team recommends using td composer and uninstalling wp bakery. So, if you have not created any pages with wp bakery, deactivate and delete it. Nothing will happen to td composer. (I don’t work here)
Look for “custom title”option on those widgets. You should be able to enter the widget title from there.
1. Disable WP Bakery Visual Composer if you have it installed. See more here https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/bug-with-team-member-immage/
2. The four columns are made with “Title over image” element of the multipurpose shortcodes.
Try this code, but replace the # with color name or color code.
.td-page-content p a, .td-post-content p a {
color: #;}
paste the code in the custom CSS section of the theme panel.
Check this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/. Step A (via FTP) is the recommended one https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/.
Mark it as fixed. It is no biggie. I had the same issue in the past and it went away after marking it as fixed in the search console. See the response by Chris here https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/crawler-error-with-newspaper-theme/
The footer you are using comes with custom content that can only be removed by altering the themes PHP files. Go to Theme Panel>Footer>Footer settings and select a different footer from there. If you choose a footer without content (like5. 6. 9, etc) remember to assign it widgets in Appearance>Customize>Widgets.
Flex block one does not have normal pagination. Open the flex block with TD composer and click on the filter tab. Scroll down until you see Extra>Pagination and select the kind of pagination you want from there (Next Prev, Load More, Infinite Load).
Those are post categories. To remove them, go to Theme Panel>Categories>CATEGORY TEMPLATE
(This is the header of the category), and try to select different category headers (while previewing the news category you screenshot) until you see the links disappear from the header. To change the link target, go to Post>Categories and (edit the category and) assign a different slug to the category you want.
The touchpad edge scroll and zoom feature had been disabled in a recent windows 10 update and I had to just turn it on. Thanks. I can now scroll with the touchpad. Issue solved.
See the screenshot I shared. What I mean is a small scroll bar on the left side of the element’s sidebar so that a person can scroll beyond the items that are not visible below, in this case, the excerpt option. Or is there a way to scroll down that I don’t know?
Okay. Thanks.
Hi. Would you consider introducing this feature? Just a small bar to scroll up and down. I use an external mouse to scroll up and down and I cannot figure out how to do so without the mouse. Anything beyond the excerpt option is not visible and that’s where the mouse wheel button comes in.
Good to hear @simion. One last question, how do the new cloud library post templates recognise most viewed posts e.g. in 7 days? In the default templates, I had enabled the feature but hid it with CSS.
It can only be solved using code. See this topic for the solution https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/the-top-menu-not-showing-in-mobile/
See this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
Try this plugin maybe and put its code in a column text element of the tagdiv composer https://wordpress.org/plugins/pj-news-ticker/
