Why not change the URL in the newspaper theme?

I have same issue. I have different keys and …I know I know, I should write them all down which key is in use with which site… sometimes I added accidentally already used keys to wrong site, and I want to remove it and add proper keys. Sent e-mail to tagdiv to but still no help and wrong sites are still linked to wrong keys.

Any news with the wide line? It’s already September and still not fixed.

I see that nothing happened? It would be really nice if there would be no numbers at all. Because whenever you need, you can add numbers or even letters by yourself exactly the way you want. You add heading and same time you can add there number or letter. So automatically added numbers are not needed at all in first place.

And why there are still no options in smart list to remove it. Or even better remove it by default. let anyone who wants numbers add them by themself, would be way better solution.

Is there a way to show images from Media Library in search results?

Example:
1. I log in with the admin user and upload cat images to Media Library
2. Add the title ‘Black cat’ and the description ‘Black cat jumps through a hoop’
3. Now I log off with admin users and go to my webpage as regular users and open the search
4. Type cat in the search box and the search will show me all images where I used the word ‘cat’ either in the title or description

@pyanawin go to Newspaper Theme Panel and then select SOCIAL/APIS and there you can switch social sharing off.

Switch to another theme and if the issue continues, then the problem is somewhere else. If another theme works properly, switch all the plugins off and start activating them one by one to see what causes the issue. There may be also an issue with your service provider.

it works perfectly for me. Since you wrote that everything is fine for you if you use a mobile then probably is wrong with your computer. Some malware may cause it on your computer. Do some virus checks. Also, you can install another browser and try with another browser if you still get the same error. If yes, try another computer. If there is also the same problem, then something may be wrong with your connection.

For me, your website https://www.portnow.com.au/port-pages/ shows a properly grey background as you wanted. Just change it to an image and it should work well.

Strange behaviour. If you can, try to make some backup or development site and check does the same thing happen there. Also, check your logs and switch off automatic updates. And check that your Newspaper theme is properly activated.

Another thing to do is, uninstall TagDiv Newspaper theme and then install it again and switch TagDiv composer on.

@sonix32 Tagdiv Newspaper theme does not have SEO plugin. For SEO you need choose your own plugin whichever you prefer. There you can set manually meta description as you like it to show.

About Google search results or Google Search console, it’s totally normal that they show you duplicate pages like:
example.com/category/postname
example.com/postname

If you do not like it, you can change it in your robots.txt file to tell crawling bots how they should collect new information. Or change your sitemap.

Please avoid creating different sitemaps, if you use many different plugins and let them create different sitemaps then results in Google may get messy.

Also, you can check the Google Search Console and there you can also make some changes, including checking sitemaps and how and what you want to be shown in Google.

I know it’s a lot. SEO optimization and management is not easy stuff. Sometimes it may be very complicated. But Tagdiv sadly can’t help you out with that, it’s nothing to do with their theme. You can find plenty of SEO courses online.

NB! Just in case, for clarity. I am not Tagdiv staff, just another regular user of Tagdiv awesome products. Just trying to help you out with your issues.

That’s the problem, I can’t change the logo from the theme panel. I mean I did set the logo in the theme panel – HEADER > LOGO & FAVICON, but it does not show up. Instead of the new logo which I set through the theme panel, the old logo, the template logo appears on the screen, rewrites everything.

You are using probably some image optimizer plugin, disable it and next images you upload will be okay. But there is nothing to do with already compressed images. You may see if there is a option to restore original if not, then you need to upload these images again or use images from backup.

Switch everything off and then start adding plugins back one by one to see which one causes error.

1. Click on three dots in the right corner – OPTIONS
2. Preferences
3. Panels
4. Document Settings
5. Enable Featured Image

And done, You can see the featured image option again. 😉

Sudhin you should check your row stretch and divider width. If you don’t know which one is right, check your footer and content. Compare them.
