Did you deactivate all not theme plugins? from what I can see you have some content on post set wit some plugins, is possible to have some plugin conflicts.
Please create a new post an use only the Gutenberg editor or classic editor, after that test the amp on that post.

The best way will be to rebuild in the plugin; unfortunately, each way you chose, if you make any updates to the theme, all those customization will be lost, also now our developers team are trying to make possible to do all customization you need using tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud library.

If you want to use WPbackery on post is very possible that the AMP on that post to cause some problems ( for example javascript for animation ), the best way will be to use only the Gutenberg and classic editor, also by carefully on which plugins you are using in posts, those can provide problem in amp too.

4. In Newspaper v9.7 the child theme will work only for function.php and style.css, so you can delete the child theme without problems.
