Hi,
Is a custom css set in the theme files for each option that is chosen.
Thank you!
Hi,
Ok, I see the h3 on the popup title – https://i.imgur.com/kRf9CoH.png, but if this is removed from the popup button and will no longer be displayed as I mentioned above, then the h3 will be removed. If you need the title, you can set it inside the content zone (edit the page that is set for that popup and add the text).
This is added to our list to add SEo options for the pop-up module title and it will be add in the coming theme updates.
Thank you!
Hi,
Did you set auto ads on your website on static ads? If are auto ads, those will be displayed on your site randomly. If you set static ads, make sure you have set them using this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-template-ads/ https://i.imgur.com/VxTgIhh.png
Thank you!
Hi,
Please connect to your website dashboard and go to AMP > Settings and disable the amp redirect from mobile to amp – https://i.imgur.com/CwjkmnB.png
Thank you!
Hi,
We can check the situation via email. The theme is now updated, please check it and make sure it’s okay.
Also, you should consider updating the PHP version.
Thank you!
Hello,
The cloud button will not be visible on pages, it will be visible only in tagDiv Composer, the theme builder, and the cloud button will be displayed only for website sections that allow templates, like articles, categories, archive, authors…. In you screenshot you have set a cloud category as global, so that template should be used on your website categories and the second image is from your homepage
Thank you!
Hello,
1. For this, you need to edit the homepage using tagDiv Composer and look for the Homepage post element, which should look like this https://i.imgur.com/MPXE4Tv.png, and remove that element.
2. This is the adblocker role, and the ads should not be displayed when a user uses an adblocker; however, if you use only images for your ads, then you can set the images using a different element, so instead of the ad box element, you can use the image element.
Thank you!
Hi,
I just checked the metrics and the CLS for mobile is 0 – https://i.imgur.com/LhWPca0.png, so this will be updated on time when you’ll have ebnought real user data – https://i.imgur.com/UV6jQQI.png
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately, there is no option for the main header to have an offset; only the sticky header has one https://i.imgur.com/IPg1VPa.png
Thank you!
HI,
I think that because you have a small screen, the top bar is not displaying all buttons, but do not worry, there are a few ways you can import templates, so we’ll try another way. Go to Dashboard and check the cloud templates section – https://i.imgur.com/riC5VdB.png. From there, just click on + and select the template you like. After that, click on the check box for Global to assign the template globally on your website.
Thank you!
Hi,
1. Edit the homepage using tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/VtfDXeh.png after that, select the manager and in header, tab uncheck the sticky option for desktop https://i.imgur.com/8nHMYyn.png you can do it for both, desktop and mobile.
2. Select the mobile viewport in tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/8nHMYyn.png then if the image and mobile element are in the same column, use the layout tab to align them https://i.imgur.com/yg1SbqV.png if are in different columns, but under the same row use the layout tab from the row – https://i.imgur.com/UNv0zTL.png
3. For this, you should set the header you want to use as global, then this will be used on the entire website that is not using an individual header. Right now you are using an individual header on the homepage and a global one on the rest of your website. So when the header is edited as you want just set it as global, this can be done from multiple places, for example, from Composer using the manager – https://i.imgur.com/tBSbwLu.png ot from cloud templates – https://i.imgur.com/ZMHim4S.png or from the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/FE5hmWR.png
Thank you!
Hello,
If WP Staging doesn’t work, you can try Duplicator.
When a default theme is set instead of the Newsmag theme, the settings in the theme panel should not be lost, but what will be lost are the blocks set in the widgets for the sidebars, and if you want to do this test live, I would recommend trying only after a full backup so that it is easier to restore in case of problems.
Thank you!
Hi,
All those texts can be changed using tagDiv Composer, edit the page / template select the text or element and simply change it https://i.imgur.com/QZL9n7p.png https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hi,
Did you make a test using only tagDiv plugins and a default setting for date in WordPress https://imgur.com/03S03LU
In case that after this test the situation persists, please make a full backup for the website and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary WP-Admin acess to the website to further investigate the problem.
Thank you!
Hi,
I have sent this information to a developer and I hope he can provide me with a solution. If I hear back from him I will let you know.
Hi,
If it is possible to provide access to the webistem, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, provide wp-admin access and we’ll check it as soon as possible.
Thank you!
Hi,
I ran a test using the default WordPress theme with no plugins enabled. You can see the setup here: https://i.imgur.com/zFswd3n.png
.
I added the first four SVGs into a post, and the result is shown here: https://i.imgur.com/PKlh49s.png
. As you can see, only two out of the four SVGs are displaying correctly.
This confirms that the issue is not related to the theme or any plugins—it appears to be caused by the way the SVG files themselves are created or structured.
Unfortunately, since the problem persists even with a default WordPress setup, it’s outside the scope of theme support, and we won’t be able to assist further with this.
Hi,
This situation appears because you are using the header as an overlay, which means that the page content starts from the top, and the header section comes over it. What you should do is to set the header as the default, not the overlay https://i.imgur.com/xsOcQYV.png, and if you want to have a sticky header, then you can add it from the manager. Here is our guide for header – https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
Thank you!
Hi Sam,
I understand, if you want, we can take a look. For this, please make a backup of your website and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide your WP-admin and cPanel or FTP access. We’ll check it as soon as possible. Also include the link to this topic to identify you faster.
Thank you!
Hi,
For the issue related to the license key check, I recommend excluding that process from Redis object caching, you can try this code https://pastebin.com/PgCB3rap Please add this code to your child theme’s functions.php file.
If the issue persists, you can temporarily disable Redis during admin login as a fallback method to ensure access. This can help prevent lockouts when the licensing server is unreachable or when caching interferes with admin functionality.
if ( is_admin() && isset($_GET['redis_off']) ) {
define('WP_REDIS_DISABLED', true);
}
I have also notified a developer about this situation when he has time to check.
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately, there isn’t an automatic process for this. You’ll need to manually export the email list from the opt-in builder and import it into MailerLite.
Thank you!
Hi,
The issue isn’t with the block itself the problem is that the desktop main header is set as fixed and overlay, which causes it to remain stuck at the top and overlap the content, as shown here: https://i.imgur.com/FBgfNvF.png
Additionally, when you scroll down, the sticky header appears on top of the already fixed main header, creating further overlap.
Recommendation:
Disable the overlay and set the main header to the default setting instead: https://i.imgur.com/cIEVrc3.png
After saving the changes, proceed to edit the sticky header as shown here: https://i.imgur.com/ZpaAd9B.jpeg
Make sure to do the same for the mobile view. Switch to the mobile viewport and then edit the mobile header accordingly: https://i.imgur.com/q1qdqT1.png
I checked it on Chrome https://i.imgur.com/rspVIMv.png, Mozilla – https://i.imgur.com/HZoFLdQ.png and Brave – https://i.imgur.com/edOiSAF.png

Hi,
If it is still not working, maybe you can try a plugin?https://wordpress.org/plugins/404-to-301/ and try this regex redirection rule:
Source URL: ^.*\.(jpg|jpeg|png|gif|bmp)$
Target URL: https://yourdomain.com/path/to/fallback-image.jpg
Match: Regex
Action: Redirect to URL (301 or 302)
