Hi,

One possible solution is to use blocks that display images using the img tag. Unfortunately, Flex Blocks currently use background images, which are not easily recognized for optimization purposes. However, we’re actively working to improve this.

In the meantime, I recommend using the Module Builder for the first blocks on your page. This will allow you to set fetchpriority=”high” on images, helping improve performance.

Hello,

The Object Cache (Redis) should work perfectly fine with the theme. Just make sure that if you’re on a shared hosting environment, you configure the Redis settings properly in your wp-config.php file. This guide can help:
https://kb.hosting.com/docs/configuring-wordpress-to-use-redis

Please note that key verification doesn’t occur during login. It happens when you try to use the theme builder, access theme updates, install a demo, check the “My License” tab, or browse cloud templates.

If there’s an issue related to key verification and Redis caching, one potential fix is to delete the Redis object cache file that was created. In 99% of cases, this resolves the problem.

Thank you!

Hi,

The Urban Observer can be edited using tagDiv Composer on the frontend. However, if the footer is not fully displayed in tagDiv Composer, it’s likely that an extra plugin or a custom shortcode is pushing the content down, preventing the full layout from rendering properly.

The simplest and fastest solution is to edit only the footer directly from the Cloud Template:

View post on imgur.com

By doing this, you won’t need to disable any other plugins, and there will be no further interference with tagDiv Composer.

Thank you!

Hi,

If you set the shortcode in column text, then this will be displayed as your shortcode provides it, the column text will be only a holder for it.
If you are on a single post template, you can set the shortcode directly on the shortcode element – https://i.imgur.com/4jiH94l.png. When you are in any other place but on a single post template, then you can use column text in the text zone – https://imgur.com/DSSni9j

Hi,

I will do my best to try to explain it again. This solution will work only when you are on that page.
1. Using tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/zlZijIf.png select the element you want to scroll to and set a class – https://i.imgur.com/uPV1adq.png
2. Add a button and in section “scroll to class” set that class – https://i.imgur.com/mz1C0qU.png save the setting and the anchor will work.

There re also other ways to add anchor links using the editor on articles content – https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-easily-add-anchor-links-in-wordpress-step-by-step/

Thank you!

Hi,

Our system cannot intervene over your custom code, that would mean modifying it and making it no longer work correctly.

As a test you can put the two svgs in a new post, if the ids are identical or the css applies to the same classes then the result will be as in the case try adding the svgs in the header svg section.

If you can please give me a link to the 2 svgs and I will try to help you with them.

Thank you!

Hi mauriflorentin,
Make sure that you have set the view count on your articles, and those theme panel options are enabled – https://i.imgur.com/aPKmuxb.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/0VetqMj.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/hXCdJ0M.png

Hi,
I just checked your website https://www.sdbj.com/ and the login button from the top bar is loading after a few seconds https://i.imgur.com/XrEW0UN.png so it’s possible that initially it is hidden and only after that is displayed – https://i.imgur.com/m7zoRlx.png. This seems to be a custom css set by someone how is or was working to the website – https://i.imgur.com/k9CvHUZ.png

Hi,

This situation appears because both SVGs you are using are using the same ID. The ID should be unique. https://i.imgur.com/8r1masd.png https://i.imgur.com/szwZvRV.png So, the online tool you are using to generate SVG elements should change the ID and not use the same one for more than one element.

Thank you!

Hi,
I believe you are referring to the fact that the image is blurred. This is because the image is not set in full size when it was set – https://i.imgur.com/VWb7lSV.jpg

Hi,

Here are the three available solutions for the mobile version:

1. Responsive Desktop Version – The default responsive layout that adjusts to mobile screens.
2.Mobile Page/Template – A custom mobile layout that can be created using the tagDiv Composer.
3. tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin – A separate mobile theme that provides a dedicated mobile experience.

Note: When the tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin is activated, it takes priority and will be displayed on mobile devices. If it’s not active, the system will check for a mobile page/template built with tagDiv Composer. If neither of these is in use, the responsive desktop version will be shown by default.

Related to the cache, please check in the cache plugin documentation if this supports mobile cache.

Hello,

Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins and see if the problem is still persisting. Most of the time, this situation is caused by an extra plugin.

Additionally, the ads can be set on a website using tagDiv Composer and ad box element.

Thank you!

Hello,

Please try activating the theme using only the tagDiv Composer plugin, and make sure the permalinks are set to Plain (or Simple) to check if the issue persists.

If the problem continues, feel free to contact us at contact@tagdiv.com

Hello,

It will be necessary to use our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-theme-translations-together-wpml/ and use the XML file https://i.imgur.com/aq3lAvp.png to translate the elements you need.

Thank you!

Hi,
There will be no losses if there are no changes in the theme and plugin file. Changes made with Composer will remain, so the plugins can be disabled, deleted, and reinstalled from Newspaper> Plugins.
Thank you!

Hello,

1. What you see is the sticky menu, which can be disabled using tagDiv Composer, checking the manager and disabling it https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/https://i.imgur.com/ZXBFvVT.png. Do the same for both the desktop and mobile versions.

2. This situation appears because the header from desktop is using a different code nad the mobile header othere code, so those can be different, so what you can do is to use tagDiv Composer to edit the mobile header, edit the homepage, selct the mobile viewport and add a new row under the mobile header (make sure it’s under the header not content) an ad box element https://i.imgur.com/Oz1Ev58.png https://i.imgur.com/dxujNzQ.png

3. You need to have created a menu as in this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/main-menu/, then use tagDiv Composer, edit the homepage and select the mobile viewport, then select the mobile menu and choose the created menu – https://i.imgur.com/MvNUaM8.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/KjMQiem.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/vFflmzh.png

Hi,

The solution you used is more of a workaround.
One of the simplest and most effective ways to achieve your goal is by using an additional plugin. I found a plugin that offers a similar solution to what you’ve implemented: – https://fooplugins.com/woocommerce-out-of-stock-badge/

Alternatively, a custom implementation is possible, but it would require the help of a developer. It involves using a hook to check the database and determine whether the displayed product is out of stock.

Thank you!

Hi,

Using the mentioned headers is good.
What I cna suggest is to try to see if you can check a mobile emulator on a desktop/laptop and let the browser console open to see if there are any errors or potential permissions policy violations.

Thank you!

Hi thalesbrandao, yes, the theme should be working after the operating system update.

Calin

Hi simchris,
Please try this code in .htaccess

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f [OR]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d
RewriteRule ^ - [L]

RewriteRule ^CALIF/default-CAnewswire-800x600\.jpg$ - [L,NC]

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule \.(?:gif|jpe?g|png|bmp)$ /CALIF/default-CAnewswire-800x600.jpg [L,NC]

If it is not working, you can try this code in functions.php in the child theme
add_filter('redirect_canonical', function($redirect_url, $requested) {
if (preg_match('/\.(gif|jpe?g|png|bmp)$/i', $requested)) {
return false; // stop WP from “guessing” a post for missing images
}
return $redirect_url;
}, 10, 2);

I hope one of those will work for you!
