The situation you have with the ads should not be related to the error you detailed, but just in case, please try the following. Make a full backup of the site and go to Newspaper > Updates and look at the theme versions, there you should see a version RC12.7.2, install that version and the error you gave as an example will disappear. That version is the new update of the theme that we hope to make official this week.

As a solution, just stop WordPress paginated URLs from being indexed. Add this to your theme’s functions.php or a small plugin: https://pastebin.com/deBf3ZQe
This tells Google not to index /page/2/ etc., and the Search Console warning will disappear over time.
(If you prefer to remove them completely, return a 404 for paged URLs instead.)

Most of the time, the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme or a plugin conflict; therefore, after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
If is only for one page or a cloud template (it can be on the header or footer, you can change them for tests and see if the problem persists), this is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and it can be fixed using the page revision https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/
