Hi Mahmood,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I’ve informed one of our developers, and they will look into the situation as soon as possible. We hope to come up with a solution shortly.
Thank you again!
Hi,
This issue is usually caused by interference from an extra or untested plugin.
To troubleshoot, please follow these steps:
Run a test using only the tested plugins shown in this screenshot: ttps://i.imgur.com/kSSLQjA.png
If the issue persists, try running the test again using only the tagDiv plugins.
In most cases, the problem is resolved after disabling the untested plugin. To identify which plugin is causing the issue, re-enable the plugins one by one, checking your website after each activation.
Thank you!
Hi,
To have the same size, make sure that your banner width is 1164px.

Hi,
To achieve the same results as the one provided by the option mentioned by you, you cna use tagDiv Composer, edit the template, select the flex block where you want to have the “sticky” article and in the filter tab, set the article id – https://i.imgur.com/XbNvA0v.png – https://i.imgur.com/zjhdljh.png
Thank you!
Hi,
Yes, for best performance we recomand a premium cache plugin, as you mentioned is the WP Rocket plugin with cloudflare CDN.
For images, the EWWW Image Optimizer can be used to optimize them.
Unfortunately, we can not provide a GPL license for WP Rocket, sorry!
Thank you!
Hi,
For me it is looks like this – https://i.imgur.com/OsK8c4c.png
Using the code I provided looks like this – https://i.imgur.com/YD7WsBq.png. The strange thing is that it should look the same to you.

Hi,
It’s normal for tagDiv plugins to consume more resources than other plugins, as they handle theme layout and core functionalities. However, the resource usage shouldn’t be excessively high.
Can you make a backup and contact us by email at contact@tagdiv.com? Include the link of this topic. We’ll look into it to see if there’s anything we can do to make the theme plugins consume less resources.
Thank you!
Hi,
This is because the code coming from the theme is stronger, having a more direct path than the one set by you.
Please try like this:
body.single .tdb-block-inner blockquote p {
font-size: 22px !important;
font-weight: 600 !important;
line-height: 1rem ! Important;
}
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
If you have a cloud header, then you can edit it using tagDiv Composer and you an add a text element in the place where you want to set the title.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the license key to check it.
Also, please notice that a key can be assigned to 2 domains at the same time, not 3 or more domains.
Normally a license key is for 1 website, please check the ThemeForest license specifications here – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular -> https://prnt.sc/X0AldIM7e7ni
We allow the key to be used on 2 websites at the same time because we consider that most website owners require a testing website besides the live website, and the theme must be activated there as well.
Hi,
I’m glad that you managed to resolve it!
I will also inform our developer if there is anything they can do to make the process easier.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please verify that the image is set to full size – https://i.imgur.com/u6eVLMZ.png. This should resolve the problem with the pixeled image.

Hi,
The code from that line is referring to the decoding font family from the single post template, please check it with a different single post template to see if the problem persists, if not, then it will be related to something that it is set on the single post template, most likely something on fonts settings on some elements.
Thank you!
Hi Sabrina,
I just checked the provided link with my Android and for me both videos are working on mobile, first one – https://i.imgur.com/NnH9pDh.png and the second one – https://i.imgur.com/xoVyS7G.png

Hi Enid,
What you want can be done by setting for each category in the theme panel an image – https://i.imgur.com/eh9W5fi.png – https://i.imgur.com/j8bUtvK.pngthen on the category template using tagDiv Composer, set the element Category Background Image https://i.imgur.com/pZ9Ciij.png
Thank you!
Hi,
On desktop, it should be working like this – https://i.imgur.com/jCySVVm.png if is not like this, then an extra plugin is interfering, so please do a test using only tagDiv plugins.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please make sure that the settings for PayPal are set as mentioned in this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/paypal-setup/. After that, please make a test using only tagdiv plugins and see if PayPal is working. Check the console to see if there are any errors displayed.
Let me know the results!
Hi,
I see in your screenshot that you do not use the responsive version of the theme, you are using the tagDiv mobile theme plugin, if so, then for the mobile theme plugin, you’ll need to set the ads in the theme panel https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ https://i.imgur.com/XJ5w6An.png
Thank you!
