Hi,
Unfortunately, this is not possible, but here is what you can do: edit in Zoho to look as close as much with the layout you want, after that set the embed code directly in column text in the text zone – https://imgur.com/DSSni9j
Thank you!
HI,
This is no issue, you chose a standard template in your image, and the standard template uses for sidebar widgets, those can be set from the appearance widgets. The single post template is a cloud template https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-use-tagdiv-cloud-library-templates/ that can be edited on frontend using tagDiv Composer and you can create the layout as you like https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thank you!
Hi,
Please try the sugestions frm this guide:
How to Fix “The Editor Has Encountered an Unexpected Error” in WordPress
Hi,
You can not delete the empty column or inner column, only the row/inner row that contains empty columns.
If you want to delete a row/inner row, you can delete it using the right click on the row/inner row icon -> http://prntscr.com/owlyuw -> http://prntscr.com/owlynq or using the drag and drop -> http://prntscr.com/owlz2r or you can simply click on the row and press the delete button from your keyboard -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Mai7iyEG Also, The empty columns/inner comuns will not be displayed on the frontend, only in edit mode.
Thank you!
Hi Mahmood,

Hi,
We received your email and it appears that this notice can be removed if the debug is set to false https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/. It appears to be related to some settings from a block on the homepage, but for the moment, we haven’t identified it. We’ll reply via email when is done.
Thank yoU!
Hi,
You can set the shortcode directly in column text in the text zone – https://imgur.com/DSSni9j
Thank you!
Hi,
To ensure your code is applied correctly, try using the following:
.title .td-module-title {
position: absolute;
background-color: red;
}
Using custom CSS will override the theme’s default styles, even if those styles are still being loaded. While manually removing the unused CSS from the theme isn’t an option, you can use a caching plugin such as WP Rocket to remove or minimize unused CSS and improve performance.
Thank you!
Hi Atul,
1. Custom CSS applied through an extra class can override the default TagDiv Composer styles, depending on CSS specificity and the order in which the styles are loaded. If both the default and custom classes are applied to the same element, the style with higher specificity or the one loaded later will take precedence. To ensure consistency and avoid unintended overrides, it’s best to use clearly defined and unique custom classes.
2. Yes, you can use your browser’s Inspect Element tool to identify the default classes used by TagDiv Composer. However, targeting these default classes directly is not always a good practice, especially if they are dynamically generated or subject to change when modifying layouts. It’s safer and more maintainable to add your own custom classes to elements and style those instead.
3. No, using multiple CSS classes on a single element does not affect SEO. CSS classes are used strictly for styling and scripting purposes and have no negative impact on how search engines crawl or rank your content.
Thank you!
Hi,
There is no bug, the Old Fashioned demo is an old demo of ours and it was made before the cloud template to be in the theme, this is why this does not have cloud templates and it is using standard templates from tagDiv Standard Pack and can be edited using the settings from the theme panel.
Thank you!
Hi,
The number of modules per row and the number of modules that should be displayed can be edited using tagDiv Composer, edit the homepage, select that section, and check in the general tab the post title length, the excerpt length, and the limit post number. https://i.imgur.com/XHxJUCg.png – https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
Hi,
The problem is related to the mixed content – https://i.imgur.com/OcRFaof.png. Most of the time, this is resolved by installing an SSL plugin.

Hi,
I just checked the provided link and for me looks like this – https://i.imgur.com/S5DBqPH.png
Do you still have the problem?
Hi,
The notification you are receiving means that the theme cannot reach our server and verify the key. The theme performs a check to verify the validity of the key and tries to connect to our database. If something interferes with this check, the theme will display that message. The check is made when accessing the demo install panel, the theme updates panel, or the license panel.
This kind of issue can be caused by plugin conflicts, or conflicts with various security/firewall settings from plugins or from the hosting, or from website restrictions set by the hosting. If something blocks the theme from verifying the key, the respective message is displayed and the theme will have limitations, unfortunately.
The first thing to do would be to check with the hosting if there are any restrictions in place, which would not allow the theme to reach our server and verify the key. I will take a look as well, for this please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, I will need wp-admin login for the respective website and the license key, and also cPanel or a similar server manager. Let me know.
Thanks,
Hi,
I just logged in and tried to add a new post, and this is working without problems (https://i.imgur.com/37YsAwu.png). Is this still happening for you? Can you please provide a screen record?
Thank you!
Hi,
Yes, we got it!
We’ll reply today as soon as possible!
Thank you!
Hi,
I’m not quite sure that I understand what you want to achieve. Do you want to display a gallery instead of the featured image on the article?
If so, let the post format on post, then you can use the gallery option – https://i.imgur.com/vyenxjg.png then just add the gallery element on the single post template using tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/qZZ8kEo.png
Thank you!
Hi,
Yes, that one is a standard header. To use a cloud header, you need to have tagDiv Cloud Library installed, and you can edit it using tagDiv Composer.
But what you can do is to enable the boxed version for the website, and this will adjust the ad on your current header https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-introduction/, just set a background color, for example, white.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please check it now. The problem has been caused by the slider that has been set in the header section. It was necessary to create a different header without that slider to resolve the problem.
Thank you!
Hi,
As far as I know, the WP_User_Query is used in a single plugin from the Newspaper theme, which is the tagDiv Cloud Library https://i.imgur.com/cegZL4k.png. The strange thing is that I can not recreate this situation on my install. Could you please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a temporary wp-admin access to investigate this situation?
Thank you!
Hi,
Please do like this:
Go to the child theme in the theme package and zip it (ot will become Newspaper-child.zip), then use WordPress to install a new theme by uploading it and select the child theme. This should resolve the problem.
Notice: If you are using an old theme, the new child theme will not work, and if you use a new theme with an old child theme. Ensure that you have the latest theme version, Newspaper 12.7.1, and that the child theme is the current one provided with the theme when you download it from your ThemeForest account.
Thank you!
Hi,
Can you provide a link to the new website? IS the new website using a standard header or a cloud header? If it is a cloud header, you can adjust the row width using tagDiv Composer https://i.imgur.com/DwBSDBm.jpeg. It is possible to have a cloud header and the row to be stretched to 1200px instead of the default.
Thank you!
Hi,
What I will recommend is to edit the homepage using tagDiv Composer https://i.imgur.com/8UMyRBm.png select that block and in the Layout tab, change the image size, set it on large or full – https://i.imgur.com/eJK2fXK.jpeg
Thank you!
Hi,
Can you please provide some more details and some screenshots wth the problem you are facing?
Did you make a test using only tagDiv plugins to see if the problem persists?
Thank you!
Hi,
If you like a section from your website and you want to reuse it on other pages or templates, you can use the right click on that element/row and you can save it in tagdiv Composer as a new element – https://i.imgur.com/zo723Dh.png
Also, templates can be saved and used as individual or global, for example, a cloud header can be set globally, from 3 places, theme panel https://i.imgur.com/go50ftC.png or cloud templates https://i.imgur.com/8QLfPOu.png or when you are on a page or template from manager https://i.imgur.com/tE96Hgr.png to set a header individualy it can be done from tagDiv Composer using the manager and slecting the text of the cloud header, this will become green https://i.imgur.com/ZKHlyR2.png
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!
