Unfortunately there is no setting to add more socials in the plugin. Those are all the available ones. You could use a different social counter plugin that has more options, or maybe counter statistics.

Unfortunately, I do not know how to make the right changes in theme file, but if you want to try you need to start with this files:

In order to set the Custom Newsletter Signup end of Posts you need to use tagDiv Cloud Library and get a single template fro posts, edit it and add the newsletter after content and set it as template on the post you want to have the newsletter at the end of post.
