Hi Mark, you are right, the featured image is an element and can be set only around other elements not inside them.
Only the a standard template that do not have that option you need (from tagDiv Standard Pack plugin).
Thank you!

Hi,

It looks like you imported a page that was part of a demo, and then deleted it afterward. This action doesn’t affect your actual website pages, so there’s no need for concern.

Please note that these are not page templates like category or article templates. The pages available in the tagDiv Cloud Library are pre-built demo pages created using the tagDiv Composer. When you import them, they are added as standalone pages that can be edited directly with tagDiv Composer, but they are not linked to your theme’s structural templates.

Let me know if you need further clarification.

Thank you!

Hi,
This situation appears when you are using a single post template from the cloud, if the articles are in draft and you use an extra plugin for seen the article in draft, then the theme will interpret that the post should not be display because is in draft and instead is display the articles templates.
There are a few solution in this situation:
– use de default template for those articles or a post template from tagDiv Standard Pack plugin.
– instead of draft save the article as privet and use share the link article with a password
Thank you!

Hi,
If the project is the same on local and live (same plugins and settings), and there was no change on the page or plugins, then the situation can be related to some settings from the host.
most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme or a plugin conflict, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
If is only for one page or a cloud template (it can be on the header or footer, you can change them for tests and see if the problem persists), this is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and it can be fixed using the page revision -https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/
Thank you!

Hi,
Please use tagDiv Composer to edit the single post template, select the ad box element and check in image tab – https://i.imgur.com/iBGxVut.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/TEh4HuE.png
To translate the Most Popular, Recent Comments select the blocs and change the titles – https://i.imgur.com/F36FNma.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/Fhe2rE6.png
I hope this will help you!

Hi Tobias, unfortunately our theme do not have this featured, sorry!
What you can o is to use a dedicate plugin for this, I believe the dedicate ads plugins have this kind of option.

Hi,
The sticky column can be enabled using tagDiv Composer and the sticky offset https://i.imgur.com/TaycrPI.png is referring to the position of the sticky column to the top, how high or low it should be positioned.
Also, when the sidebar that is set as sticky scrolls, it means that the elements set in it occupy more than one screen, and it will be scrolled down to the last element, then the column will start to become sticky, and when it scrolls up, the sidebar will also scroll down to the first element and then it will become sticky.
Thank you!

Hi Martin,

The best solution if the plugin provide a shortcode is to use that shortcode and use the tagDiv Composer and use a column text or text with title element to set the map, set the code in text zone, here – https://imgur.com/DSSni9j

If is a js then as you did it should be set in a Raw HTML between script tags and assure that is nothing interfere with it.

Thank you!

Hi,

Thank you for your follow-up, and I truly appreciate the time you took to outline your concerns in detail.

Firstly, I completely understand your frustration—when your website isn’t displaying correctly, especially in a client-facing industry like media and marketing, it reflects poorly and can be stressful. It’s clear you’ve put a lot into your site, and that dedication is not taken lightly on our end.

Let me address a few key points:

Just to clarify: when a product like the Newspaper theme is purchased on ThemeForest, it includes 6 months of support by Envato’s terms. This is an industry standard for digital products and is not unique to us.

While I understand your point about car recalls, there’s a big difference between a $15,000+ physical product with safety implications and a $59 digital theme. Comparing them isn’t quite apples to apples.

That said, your license for the theme remains valid forever, and you’ll always receive free lifetime updates. However, access to personalized support, including troubleshooting custom site issues, does require an active support license.

If you decide to continue using Newspaper and extend support, we’re more than ready to jump in and resolve this for you quickly and thoroughly (contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide screenshots and details so we can take a final look together.
). If you choose to move to another platform, we sincerely wish you the best and thank you for using our product all these years.

Thank you!

Hi,
If one of domains no longer use the theme or no longer exists then that one can be removed from the license key. To do this will be need to contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the license key and let us know the domain that no longer exists/use the theme. We’ll make a request for the key to be checked on that domain.
Thank you!

Hi,
Normally a license key is for 1 website, please check the ThemeForest license specifications here – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standardhttps://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular -> https://prnt.sc/X0AldIM7e7ni
We allow the key to be used on 2 websites at the same time because we consider that most website owners require a testing website besides the live website, and the theme must be activated there as well.
If you used the license key on more than 2 domains (like in our case, two domains and a subdomain), then it will require more license keys.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,
To do that you have 2 options:
-> use the row/column layout – https://tagdiv.com/flexibility-rows-columns-newspaper-theme/
-> set each elements from the column to be inline – https://i.imgur.com/3VNQvrC.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/UAzdcG0.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/c6VWkpz.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/hWHPQwW.png

Hi,
That depends on the element used, but normally should be taking the author info that are set here – https://i.imgur.com/uP51AoB.png

Hi,
Please make sure that all cache is clear and also make sure that in the theme panel, footer tab is assigned the right template for each language.
If the problem persists please disable the option to delay the footer https://i.imgur.com/M590ALb.png
Thank you!

Hi,

The extra h1 might be coming from the logo. Please edit the homepage using tagDiv Composer and disable the logo H1 tag – https://i.imgur.com/B8qyI57.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/GXauqr4.png

Check the main header, sticky header, footer logo, and also review it on mobile: mobile header logo and sticky logo – https://i.imgur.com/6J9sEwN.png

Hi,
There is no them bug in the theme.
I just checked the website and this looks like this – https://i.imgur.com/9Dq8V8N.jpeg so if you are referring to this section – https://i.imgur.com/llo8mHW.jpegthat is full width then is because this is how the row has been set using tagDiv Composer, to have the same width set the row stretch on default – https://i.imgur.com/hpDp0E3.png

Just a quick note: You purchased the theme five years ago – https://i.imgur.com/dmpyqbl.png. Typically, support is included for the first six months, and any assistance beyond that requires an extension of the support period – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extend-or-renew-Item-Support
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,
The theme panel ads section it’s used for standard templates from tagDiv Standard Pack and for ad box element – if you use a single post template or a CPT template and you want to set ads on content, then you need to edit that cloud template with tagDiv Composer and select the content element and set the code in ads tab section as it is mentioned here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Thank you!

Hi,
This is how the WordPress is working and our theme do not have any option to mobile this.
What you can do is to test some plugins that have this option, I can try the: Permalink Manager Pro (Premium), Edit Author Slug, User Role Editor + Custom Redirect Plugins.

Hi,
This can be done if you are using a custom css like this one:
.td_block_social_counter .td_social_type .td_social_info_counter {
display: none;
}

The css should be set in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.
I hope it will help you!
