What I can recommend for better control over ads is to use a dedicated plugin for ads.

Unfortunately, Newsmag has the option only for one in-line ad.
The only way that you can add more is by editing the theme code, but it is possible to us a dedicate plugin that can set inline ads.

From what I noticed in the video above, when tagDiv plugins are added, 10 seconds are added to the waiting time, the same happens with SportsPress plugins, the interesting thing is that for me with tagdiv plugins the image loads in less than 5 seconds, now it really depends on the image size and the number of thumbs that are active in the theme panel – https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
Also, the php version can improve the upload speed, right now I use php v8.1.12.

Also, in the error log I see some errors related to the fonts, templates, css templates…
What I can recommend si to check to see if the errors still apers if you are using the main theme and only the theme plugins because it is possible that some code from the child theme or extra plugin to interferes with the theme.

In your screenshot, the ad is set in the sidebar element, but to have the ad in the sidebar you also need to set it in the Appearance > widgets > sidebar. Also, I see that you are using the mobile theme plugin, please make sure that you are using a cache that has mobile cache support. I understand, usually on the mobile version the loading is slower because most of the time a mobile device has a slower internet connection.
What I can recommend is that you use flex block elements to use the cache option on the – https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/ and if the problem still persists, you can try using the mobile page template – https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ using a mobile page template you can adjust the content, set smaller images to be used etc.

There is a misunderstanding.
The Newsmag theme does not have the tagDiv Cloud Library. The Newsmag theme is a simple theme that uses the tagDiv Composer for pages only. And all the templates can be edited only with the theme panel settings.
Now about the footer section. The correct footer template that you have is a pre-build footer and it is made in code. The Newsmag footer templates can be founded in the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/OB9YWFe.png and each style has a different icon. The style footer that does not have empty columns has the elements pre-set in the code of that footer style. Therefore, if you like style 1 but you want to change the settings in column 2 and try just using style 2 and from Appearance > Widget section set in footers 2 and 3 the elements you’ll like to have.

1. If I understood correctly, you use cloud templates, in this situation what you have to do is to make sure that you translate the cloud footer for each individual language, then you can edit the text for each individual language directly from the frontend using tagDiv Composer.
