Hi mimicat,
Personally I recommend to ask the host to help you setting the PHP Max Input Vars, those have access la cPanel and most of the them have options for the PHP Max Input Vars.
Also, the code from our guide , can be set in for files (php.ini, .htaccess or user.ini), this depends from host to host.
Thank you!
Hello,
I just checked your website and the problem that I saw is that your images/animations are not displayed. But those seems to be provided by a cache. Please be sure that you clear all the cache that you have.
If I understand correctly, when you edit the page in tagDiv Composer, the problem is gone, but, is this problem happening when you are logged in and you check the homepage (not in the theme builder)? Or only when you are not logged?
Thank you!
Hi,
I apologize but I did not understand exactly where the problem is.
If it is in the mega menu, then please delete tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library and install them from Newspaper> plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/TatsQds.png
If the problem is on a category page, then a block may not be filtered by the current category. To solve this problem you need to edit the cloud category template with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/0VgqFfS.png, select the blocks and in filter ab make sure that are set on current category -> https://i.imgur.com/lSUNl9x.png
I hope this will help you!
Thanks,
Hi yourbackupemployee,
We are glad that you manage to resolved the situation with the php configuration.
If you have other questions, please let us know!
Thank you!
Hi,
Yes, this can be done with tagDiv Composer.
What you need to do is to create a new page and open it in tagDiv Composer, check the manager and set for header no header -> https://i.imgur.com/bcqlKIC.png and for footer no footer -> https://i.imgur.com/1iHBEDq.png, after that just add the elements you want in the page to make it as a landing page.
I hope this will help you!
Hi,

Hi sushantsah,
Our theme is GDPR ready.
For displaying notices on the website, I suggest using a plugin created for this purpose. We recommend using the GDPR Cookie Consent -> https://i.imgur.com/B332f93.png
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
I see that this problem appears only when the sticky drop down is open up, my suggestion for this is to use a custom css that will make the drop down list smaller in that situation.
.wpdt-c .dropup .dropdown-menu {
max-height: 250px!important;
}
You need to set the code in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
1. I believe that you are referring that you have more subcategories under the “Astuces” category and those are not display. This is because there is set a limit on the subcategories for the mega menu. This can be changed using the tagDiv Composer. Edit the homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/o2konO3.png, click on the menu and search after the “Subcategories limit” -> https://i.imgur.com/6xorrdi.png then just replace the number
2. This can be a problem from the theme plugin files. Please be sure that you are using the latest theme version 11.5.1, after that please disable and delete the tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library plugins and reinstall them from Newspaper > plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/i1sZPjr.png this should resolved this problem.
I hope that my answers will help you to resolve the problems that you are facing.
Thank you!
Hi,
1. For this you need to edit the td_config.php from \wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\Newsmag\includes\td_config.php you’ll need to search for “show_child_cat” -> https://i.imgur.com/vscSfJw.png
2.Indeed, the problem with tagDiv Composer could be due to this error in the console.
Most of the time that error is caused by a plugin, so you’ll need to make some tests only the theme plugins and see if the error persist and if the tagDiv Composer is working. If indeed is working, then you’ll need to find the plugin that is interfering with the theme builder.
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately, then Newsmag theme do not provide this option. All theme templates are pre-made and to add a custom position you need to edit the template files.
The only place that can be use the shortcode is the widget section or inside the posts/pages.
Thank you!
Hi,
I believe that you are referring to the number of subcategories from the mega menu. Unfortunately, the Newsmag theme do not have an option for this. The only way reman to change the number of subcategories from the mega menu is to make changes in the theme files.
Thank you!
Please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cannot-even-edit-pages-at-this-point/#post-446453
Hi,
I see what you mean. Since this is a new install, I think this problem happens using only the plugins in the theme, right?
In this case please be sure that you set all the theme requirements in special this code -> https://i.imgur.com/JWxX1OV.png also what you can try is to set an old php version, maybe 7.4
In case that you did all those and the problem is still persisting, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and we’ll check this problem on our website. For this please provide wp-admin access via email and include the link of this topic.
Thank you!
Hi,

Hi,
I just checked your link and I see that now the category description is showing -> https://i.imgur.com/Jtq41av.png

Hi umodhe,
The simple solution to resolve those errors is to install the classis widgets plugin.
Now if you want to use the new widgets system we need to investigate the problem and see from where is coming.
Thank you!
I see. Please give it one more shut by testing only with the theme plugins.
In case that the problem is still persisting, then please make a full backup for your website and please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, provide wp-admin access and include the link of this topic to identify you.
Thank you!

About those images from the mega menu, most of the time using a plugin like EWWW Image Optimizer -> https://i.imgur.com/jXs3AIS.png is resolving the problem.

Hi,
I see. Usually this situation happens when the tool is in a conflict with some extra plugins, but since this was tested only with the theme plugin maybe the problem is from something else.
Yes, we can take a look at it, for this please be sure that you have a full backup for your website and please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com please provide wp-admin and cPanel access and include the link of this topic to identify you.

Hi samiullah,
I see that you are using the login modal from tagDiv opt-in builder, so you should have 2 pages, one for login and one for registration, do you have them? Also, those link should be display on the bottoms like this -> https://i.imgur.com/J3vvOCX.png yours is like this -> https://i.imgur.com/ZAhuaGX.png (there is no login or register page and only the homepage link). Those pages can be created using tagDiv Composer or you can simple generate one from opt-in builder in subscriptions > pages -> https://i.imgur.com/dpMn7Gg.png
I hope this will help you!
Hello reneaviles89,
I just did some tests on my install and for me on Newsmag 5.2.1 the ads section from the theme panel is working correctly -> https://i.imgur.com/Vt7FykS.png => https://i.imgur.com/FE86hzr.jpg I’m not sure but it can be from an extra plugin. If you agree, I can take a deep investigation.
Thank you!
