Hello,
“I’m wondering why some shortcodes work, and others do not?” – Some shortcodes may be ignored by the system. The file that contains the code is this one -> wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin/td-mobile-plugin.php I believe that you can add there some exceptions.
The new version has several options, but is restricted to shortcodes in builders. To disable the mobile theme from a post or page you need to use the Gutenberg editor, in this will be display the mobile icon -> https://i.imgur.com/CXF0g3N.png you can find more details in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
Thank you!
Hi trebol30, for the moment to resolve this problem you’ll need to downgrade the theme to 11.5 and contact us via email, because there need to be an extra code added in some theme files. Also, please do a full backup for your website!
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
You need to edit the page using the tagDiv Composer, select the blocks and check in the left sidebar section -> https://i.imgur.com/yTImjfM.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Npf0yhR.jpg
Thank you!
Hi,
I will add it on our list and our developers will check it for the coming updates!
Thank you!
Hi muktipolice,
If I’m right those message are provided in site health.
From the reported message I see that the amp is detected by the cache plugin, but this is still not fast enough. Is this set like in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, I see that it makes some recommendations for transient and object cache for amp to make it faster.
Thank you!
Maybe I didn’t write the correct email address!? Please try on contact@tagdiv.com

Hello,
Indeed our theme makes ajax-admin.php call when the page is loaded, on live search and when ajax pagination is used (this is use for the mega menu and the pagination from the blocks).
If you replace the mega menu with a normal menu, these requests should decrease (these are made by each visitor separately) another suggestion will be if you can to remove the live search and use a normal search form.
I hope this will help you!
Hi MauricioLuque,
I see that you are using the Newspaper theme and not the Newsmag theme, so this can be easily done by setting a duplicate of header and footer cloud templates on 404 cloud template (you need to set them as individual and without the ad box element, like this -> https://i.imgur.com/AUooONd.png -> https://i.imgur.com/XvadC7Q.png)
I hope this will help you!
I see, then everything should be fine!
Hi,
I see. Can you please make a full backup and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com?
Please include the link of this topic and also please provide wp-admin access. One of our developers will check how the system is working and we’ll try to provide a solution for it.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
I think this problem also arose due to the fact that so far you have used a very old theme version, and now after the update it will seem like you are using another theme. If you want to see how many updates have been made in the meantime, you can check this list -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper/
As I said before, the tagdiv mobile theme plugin was not designed to work with shortcuts. Maybe in the version you had was the prototype from mobile theme where these issues have not yet been resolved.
Also, you can disable the mobile theme plugin on these pages or you can completely disable it and use the responsive version.
Thank you!
Hello,
The Newsmag theme do not remove the space for the ad banner if this is not set.
What you can do is to use a custom css like this one:
.td-header-sp-rec .td-header-ad-wrap {
height: auto;
}
The code need to be set in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.
Also, I seen a problem. It seems that there is something wrong with this account, if you have another account please use that one, because this one seems suspicious and can be suspended.
Thank you!
Hello,
It looks that you set the main column to display none -> https://i.imgur.com/e1LocO5.png
There are a few ways that you can set it back.
1. Use a revision of the single post template -> https://i.imgur.com/Ce8HRCU.png -> https://i.imgur.com/ccRE8eD.png
2. Try to edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer and set display block for the main column.
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
Indeed, we had a few reports about cache and ajax options.
After a while the ajax options do not work until the cache is cleared, I believe is the same case.
Our developers are working on this, and for the moment the only working solution is to not cache the elements that use ajax.
Also, we’ll try to update the documentation and check the new cloudflare WordPress plugin.
Thank you!
Hi Mp3gaga,
I just checked the website and I can not say that this is a problem related to the theme, seems to be more related to a redirect option. This can be from a plugin that you are using or maybe from a code that can be set in functions or htaccess.
If you agree, I will like to make some deep investigations, but for this I will need wp-admin and cPanel access. If you agree with this, then please make a full backup for your website and please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com
We’ll check it as soon as we can!
Thank you!
Hi alejandroman,
Please be sure that all theme requirements are set like in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also, some times when this problem appear it can be resolved by setting this code -> https://i.imgur.com/ti46v7h.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
In case that the problem is still persisting, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins.
Let me know the results!

Hi,
Normally such situations occur when another element is superimposed on it (most of the time it can be fixed using z-index option from elements -> https://i.imgur.com/PTbVmKt.png).
Thank you!
I see that the flex block is sort on random posts and is filter after the category with id 44. Also, I see that are found 4 posts and 2 are displayed. in the source code everything seems to be fine -> https://i.imgur.com/VR2A0um.png
Maybe there is some object cache. If you can provide the wp-admin access via email will check this problem with the other one.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you had the opportunity to do a staging, can you please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide us access to the staging? This will make it easier for us to identify the problem.
Thank you!
Hello,
It looks that this is an extra css that it is coming from a minify css file -> https://prnt.sc/kJOkzwLM8eOc please clear all minify css that you have and the problem should be resolved.
Thank you!
Did, you test it without extra plugins (using only tagDiv plugins), because it can be a plugin conflict.
I just made a few test with images elements and link on my install and everything seems to be normal -> https://i.imgur.com/mDtshSq.png
If you agree I can take a look at your install, for this please make a full backup and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide wp-admin access. I will check it as soon as I can.
Thank you!
