I think that this problem is from an extra code or plugin that you are using because our theme is not acting like that.
What I suggest is to make a test only with tagDiv plugins and see if the problem persists, also what you are using to create posts? Maybe the problem it is from the post builder.
Please make a test using only tagDiv plugins and make a new posts using the Gutenberg editor. Hi Alex, those warnings are on our list to be treed, but, our theme do not include the woocommerce and it is only compatible with it, therefore, I can not say if those will be in the coming update or not, normally since the offers and review are created only when the woocommerce is used should be fixed in the plugin.

All that we can do is to note them on the request and bug lists and our developers are those how decide how and when will be fixed/implemented.

If the posts are not display only when you are not logged, that means it is related to the cache. Please check the cache plugin and make sure that this is set to be clear when a posts is publish or updated.

We have two themes: Newsmag and Newspaper.
Now the Newsmag is a basic theme and with a few options, but Newspaper it is a complex theme and it can be used on different purpose, all the demos from here https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/select_demo_newspaper/ are made using Newspaper theme, so the layout can be adjusted. Also the functions from an demo can be apply for all of them.
In my opinion is that for documentation sites/ knowledge bases it can be used without problems. Now for the support sites if you need to make a forum, then you’ll need supplementary plugins.

About the code that you added, please remove those related to cart, in this way you can be sure that will not interfere.
From what I seen on your record and from the tests that I made it is like the cart is not updated only if you refresh the page.
Also, when you are logged the problem happens? If not it can also be from some settings from the cache plugin. It may be from the siteground optimizer settings.
