Hi,
According to your screenshot, you have excluded two categories, so any article that contains one of those categories or subcategories will no longer be displayed on block 11.

Hi,
With a little more work it can be adjusted with CSS, but that doesn’t guarantee that the desired result will be achieved.

Hi,
Are you referring to the fact that when you want to share an article on a social media platform, the featured image is not shared with it? If it is so, please do a test set for one article teh featured image using a PNG or jpeg format, and see if the problem is resolved. I recall similar cases where the featured image was in a different format.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hi,
Usually this is happeing when the key has already been used on 2 domains.
Normally a license key is for 1 website, please check the ThemeForest license specifications here – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standardhttps://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular -> https://prnt.sc/X0AldIM7e7ni
We allow the key to be used on 2 websites at the same time because we consider that most website owners require a testing website besides the live website, and the theme must be activated there as well.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the license key. We’ll make a request for it to be checked.
Thank you!

Hi,
When installing the theme on a new domain or moving it to a new server, the cloud access provided will include what is available in our cloud setup, not the custom changes you’ve made.
If you want to move from one server to another, please make sure you migrate your website. This will ensure that everything you currently have is transferred correctly.

Hi,
Earlier versions of the theme included a few basic, pre-defined SEO options. In current versions, SEO titles are implemented across many elements, and article titles are rendered as h1 by default, this has been the case for quite some time https://i.imgur.com/iq0oK70.png
That said, the Newspaper theme does not natively manage advanced SEO essentials such as meta descriptions or canonical tags. For this reason, using a dedicated SEO plugin is strongly recommended, as these plugins are specifically designed to handle all SEO-related functionality in a reliable and standards-compliant way.

Hi,
Normally, there should be no problems selecting the button element. Please make a test using only the theme plugins and if the problem persists, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access to investigate the situation and see what you can not select the button element in tagDiv Composer.

Hello,
Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the plugins. I’m sorry, but you can do the test using only the theme plugins.
Thank you!

HI,
Using the Newsmag theme, the only way to get a bigger logo in the header is to use a different header style – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-header-styles/ you can choose from style 7, 8 and 10.
Thank you!

Hi billygr,
If you want to apply the underline effect to all links, and keep the same color for hover and visited states, you’ll need to use custom CSS.
If you only want this applied to specific elements, you can do it using TagDiv Composer. Just edit the page or template, select the element, and check the available options under the Layout and Style tabs – https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-colors-introduction/
Thank you!

Hi,
I think that I understand, you want to adjust the portrait/tablet layout, and this appears like this – https://www.maslaxcabletv.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/VideoCapture_20260202-140103.jpg. Unfortunately, from the provided image, I can not say exactly what the problem is there, whether it is a page or a template. I checked the homepage using a simulator and the version displayed is the responsive one – https://i.imgur.com/YWqMRKD.png https://i.imgur.com/bmOpBTu.png

Hello,
Please test with only theme plugins and see if the problem persists.
Also, please check teh settings that should be made for the theme requirements https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/. In case that after all settings are set, including the mod security, and the problem persists, please make a full backup and contact us via email at conntact@tagdiv.com and provide a wp-admin access, we’ll check it as soon as possible.
Thank you!

Hi,
I see, there can be 2 possibilities, so the first thing is to make a backup and do a test using only tagDiv plugins to make sure it’s not a plugin conflict. I saw a few similar situations when this was related to an extra plugin that was in use.
If the problem persists, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin acess so we can further investigate.
Thank you!

Hi,
Which version of the theme were you using before updating?
After a theme update, it’s usually necessary to install or update some theme plugins, such as tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library (for cloud templates), and tagDiv Standard Pack (for older templates and blocks).
If you’re using the newsletter plugin or the social counter, those plugins should be installed as well.
All theme plugins can be installed, updated, and activated from Newspaper → Plugins – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-how-to-update-a-plugin/

Hi,
Please select the block inside the column; you have selected only the column. You’ll see here the selected element/button – https://i.imgur.com/HRSGcy6.png should be like this – https://i.imgur.com/AJ40lXr.png

HiThose parameters are used for AMP, and I see you are using AMP for the posts. But our developer team has set nofollow attributes for all of them, for example – https://i.imgur.com/t37qcol.png So they shouldn’t be picked up by search engines if perhaps that’s where you are seeing them. Maybe the nofollow rule is being disregarded, but I don’t think Google has made any changes about it. I will check some more, but please let me know if that is actually where you are seeing the links, or what detects them exactly.

Hi,
I understand. What I will recommend is to check if you have the latest theme version, Newspaper v12.7.4. If not, make a full backup and update the theme and themeplugins you are using. I remember that in previous versions, there was a problem with the option for a sticky column on viewports, so it is possible that if you have an older theme version, you may have that problem. In case you are using the latest theme version, please check your tablet resolution, the viewport resolutions are those:
DESKTOP => 1141px +
IPAD LANDSCAPE => 1019px – 1140px
IPAD PORTRAIT => 768px – 1018px
PHONES => 0 – 767px

Hi,
What you can do is replace that block with a different one that uses a larger thumb. For example, if flex blocks are used yu can choose the thumb you want to use – https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ https://i.imgur.com/dGfxXFS.png

Hello,

The Hamburger Menu that appears on desktop is implemented as a popup element. You can edit it using tagDiv Composer and adjust its settings accordingly. Please refer to the official documentation here for guidance: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/
To display the menu in full screen on desktop, set the desktop width to 100% instead of 1000px https://prnt.sc/n_reEDT5kCgf

Hi,
What else can be done is to use a plugin that checks what is consuming the most resources on the website and tries to optimize that section. block cache it or even remove it or replace it with something that is consuming fewer resources.

Hi Ling,
I believe this is just a small misunderstanding around how the filters work, especially when using a cloud template.
In this case, when you edit a cloud template that will be used for your taxonomies, please use only the “current taxonomy” filter. Don’t add anything else no extra taxonomy ID or additional filters. Just leave that field empty.
After that, assign this template to your taxonomy. The template will then automatically display the articles that belong to the selected taxonomy. For example, if you select Food, it will show articles from the Food taxonomy; if you select Drink, it will show articles from the Drink taxonomy.

Hello,
Could you please do a test using only tagDiv plugins and see if the problem persists? If the problem is the same and nothing interferes with it, please make a full backup and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a wp-admin access. We’ll check it as soon as we can.
Thank you!
