Yes, by default WordPress and the themes create/edit the .htaccess from home directory -> https://i.imgur.com/j0NKrCW.png -> https://wordpress.org/support/article/htaccess/there is non option or settings that we can made to prevent the file to be configurated, also there are many plugins that edit this file and update it.
If you want you can check some articles that maybe it can help you to stop WP from changing the .htaccess file

Indeed there is a problem with the last woocommerce update -> https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/28255 all themes are facing the same problem with the last update. As a temporary solution, please go to the WooCommerce plugin page (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/), scroll down to the ADVANCED OPTIONS section and download the version 4.6.2. from the dropdown menu – https://i.imgur.com/PVrn6RZ.png. Install this version on your website. Using the 4.6.2 version, your website will work smoothly and you give us time to provide a permanent solution.

Calin Hi Valerio, from what I can see the warning is in WordPress files “/home/customer/www/universita.it/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php” also we do not tested the wpcf7_recaptcha_onload_script code, therefore we do not know how this is working and hos should be implemented with our theme, therefore we ca not say if is working or not with our theme.
If you can provide some more details about this code and how this was implemented in the theme, I can try to help you, I’m not sure if I can help, but I will try!

Calin Hi matteoglobe, if I’m right the problem is that now you need to use an YouTube api key, that can not be set in the theme version that you are using.
What I suggest is to make a staging or sub-domain and update the theme to last version, make some testes and only after that update the live website, but not before to make a full backup.
