Hi,
This situation seems to be caused by the cache plugin – https://i.imgur.com/qPp5PCe.png. It appears that the optimizations from the cache plugin are interfering with the theme; usually, it’s related to a JavaScript option from the cache plugin.
Thank you!
Hi Elsa,
Can you please provide a screenshot of the problem you are facing?
This can be a plugin conflict. This cna be tested using only tagDiv plugins, but it can also be something else interfering. We need some more details and a screen record will help us.
Thank you!
Hi,
Our theme has an option for Bookmark – Save For Later. This is working using cookies, so it will be available only on the devices where the items have been bookmarked.
For a Wishlist or something more complex, it will need to use a plugin.
Thank you!
Hi,
I’m glad that you found it!
Hi,
This can be done if you create your own module using the module builder – and this can be displayed using flex block builder – https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-builder-flex-loop-builder/ https://i.imgur.com/VeS1BU6.png https://i.imgur.com/yAPNRMT.png
Thank you!
Hi,
I understand, it may be a dead end, but please give me a link you want to use and I will do some testing, maybe I will find a solution.
Thank you!
Hi jackpapy, this is how this option was thought up by our developers. If you enter the site and see an article that you want to read, you can add it to your favorites list, and whenever you enter that site using the same device, you will have those articles in your favorites.
Hi,
Can you provide some more details?
If possible, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, provide us with the WP-Admin access to the website, the license key, and some screenshots of the problem.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can use the offset option to skip a number of articles – https://i.imgur.com/raTunWJ.png this shgould help you!
Hello,
Unfortunately, using the mobile theme and amp will work only for images and videos; the audio format has not been developed for the mobile theme and amp.
Thank you!
Hi,
This can be done, but it is not easy since those are different elements, but what I recommend is to use the Menu login where both will be displayed and the users will select the one desired – https://i.imgur.com/FyqW1os.png
Another solution is to create pages and set in them the shortcode for woo for the tabs you want, after that set the pages id’s to the https://i.imgur.com/XzKMbV3.png
Thank you!
Hi,
That code seems to be related to the standard oack plugin and a line of code that is related wp_head();
Do you have any code set in the theme panel> analytics/js?
Was has the standard pack installed?
Hi,
This can be resolved by stretching the row, This can be done using tagDiv Composer; for this, you can use this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/ https://i.imgur.com/PmtUBYn.png
Thank you!
Hello,
It is possible that I did not understand the request correctly, but normally, as long as a user has a subscription in progress or that is active, they can cancel it at any time from the My account > Subscription section – https://i.imgur.com/ZFs65lD.png, only from the moment that subscription is no longer valid, they can no longer cancel it because it can no longer be interfered with.
Hi,
Thank you for letting us know about this. Our developers will check it out and fix it for the coming theme update.
Thankyou!
Hi Niclas,
Wordpress creates an extra 3 thumbs https://i.imgur.com/CFLHw5U.png and the rest of them depend on the number of teh thumbs you have enabled in the theme panel. Those are used for different blocks and https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ and can be enabled and disabled. Also, you can remove those thumbs that are not in used using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/
Thank you!
Hi,
From what I understand, the settings should be like this, the first element is set to display the latest article, and the second element is set to display the next 4 latest articles with an offset set to 1 (to skip the first article). Most of the time, when the results are not correct, it is related to the fact that the unique article is enabled on your page – https://forum.tagdiv.com/unique-articles/. Please check if you have this option enabled, if it is, please disable it , clear the cache, and the problem will be resolved.
Thank you!
Hi,
About the image set with css background, what can be done is to create a module for the layout you want and replace the first block that is displayed when you enter the website. The module made with the module builder will use img tags for images and can be set in the flex block builder element.
Related to the Image Optimization, use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/ewww-image-optimizer/ and enable the webp format and from the theme, use this option – https://i.imgur.com/6qMAN1H.png
Also, if you are using the WP Rocket, you can check our guide with this plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/wp-rocket-and-newspaper-theme-optimization-guide/
Thank you!
Hi,
This situation appears when you are logged in? Most of the time, this is related to some optimizations that are made for the website and the css and js for mobile are no longer loaded in time.
Another suggestion is to make a test using only tagDiv plugins to make sure that there is no plugin conflict.
Thank you!
Hi,
I see. If possible, please make a test using only tagDiv plugins to make sure that no extra plugin is interfering, and if that’s the case, please make a full backup and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a WP-Admin acess. Also, make sure that you have a full backup for the website before contacting us via email.
Thank you!
Hi,
Usually, this situation appears when the elements are set in the header zone and not in the content zone. You can verify this by editing the page using tagDiv Composer, selecting the element and checking in the sidebar the zone mentioned – https://i.imgur.com/VgB4uyN.png https://i.imgur.com/7ZKyiSp.png
Thank you!
Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share with us a possible fix for this problem.
Our developer has this bug on their fix list and should be resolved in the coming theme update.
Thank you!
Hi,
Normally, only making a staging should not affect the database where the theme panel settings are set.
Did you make any changes to the database?
Also, before any change, you should have a backup for your website and database. You’ll also, see in the theme panel that there are some theme panel backups – https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Thank you!
Hi,
Could you make a test using only tagDiv plugins and making sure that no cache is applied?
Also, if you want, we can check it, for this, make a full backup and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access. We’ll check it as soon as we can.
Thank you!
Hi,
That screenshot is just showing the last code from our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ for how to set the mod_substitute in .htaccess, that code should resolve the problem.
Thank you!
