Thanks Anamaria
But it isn’t on Flex Blocks – only on Flex Big Grids?
I understand it and it works on grids – but there is no option in ‘Layout’ on blocks like Flex Block 1 for example for the custom label

Look in Post Settings > default post template ( site wide ) – or select it each time you post from the post edit screen
No problem Derick thanks for the message

Here is the icon built by TagDiv developers for me: Live Nottinghamshire County Council Election 2021 Results
And the live blog service is operating the story 24LiveBlog
Just a note derickfernandes if it helps – TagDiv made me the same animated live blog icon you describe through custom development work, triggered by a category choice e.g Live Updates – it was perfect and works really well.
And we use this service belowvery well with the theme, paid but worth it ( below ) as an embed – or with their WordPress plugin – but agree. live blog post built for the theme a good idea too
I’ve done this here – not a full sponsored article but one by page ID in another flex block in composer on post template – if there are more than one I just change the block setting to show 2,3,4 posts and add the IDs
Clients then know they are seen as a headline and image by all visitors
See any article here at the website
It really needs proper documentation – a great initiative but very confusing
I made a mobile template or so I thought – it just white screened the mobile view
I had to roll back to the last version
Nowhere else on the forum do other TagDiv support team members mention this: ‘Deactivate / remove the mobile theme.’ before creating or ‘Also please note that at the moment the mobile templates are not working with AMP.’
Now I use mobile theme on AMP ( Transitional ) setting – so responsive theme on normal phone view – AMP on SERPS only – I understood I can use the new mobile design features with this setup?
I now have no idea how to use the new feature.
Thanks
Calin – to be clear then if you use the mobile theme BUT on AMP only – you can still use the new mobile theme design templates ?
Thanks
Great I see thank you Calin

Can you please explain how you updated then? 🙂
Did you delete TagDiv plugins separately from WP dashboard?
Or activate a different theme – then upload Newspaper and activate – then enable plugins?
How did you use TD Composer to redesign and move away from Standard Pack?
Thanks
Haha it’s worth it really
I’ve used the theme for 4 years – they are the most responsive and helpful support guys you will ever find – on WordPress issue and code and on the theme itself –
But when a major update is launched there will be some issues – and you have to wait in line when posting support requests out of office hours
Just my opinion, you’ll never find a better theme anywhere and patience is worth applying 🙂
Yes of course I wasn’t thinking of the ads – I don’t use AdSense at all
That’s a great point!
Yes I wasn’t being too serious – and I need the updated theme, the ‘modified date’ on TD composer is fantastic
My view is people worry too much about AMP – it’s only worth using for fast news sites with lots of content, to appear in search results – most people visiting won’t visit again for more news
I think there’s a bug https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/widget-element/
Same problem here…
UPDATED v 9.5
Further to this issue – and thanks for the support via email Bogdan
An update is: Increased wp-mem to 512M in wp-config and at host – Bogdan confirms that is correctly changed and theme panel confirms it as 512M
Updated theme to 9.5 – cloud template problem then happens again – I’m initially able to edit and import cloud templates, but after a few minutes they whitescreen – so from admin > Cloud > All Templates – there’s a white screen – doesn’t affect site at all just this screen. They do show in ‘Add new’ > ‘Post’But I can’t go back to edit again or even delete them.
I’ve checked all plugins again and the issue appears to be Yoast SEO Premium 9.5 and upwards – I have 9.6.1 installed, deactivating it fixes the problem
I then downloaded Yoast SEO Premium 9.4 from the repository and there seems no issue now
Will update if the problem shows up again, because it has been intermittent
Anyone else having this issue?
Thanks done
This time I changed to 512MB at host in cPanel php options ( ver 7.2 )
And I changed wp-config to 512M – still theme panel shows 64M – am I missing something?
This is still an issue for me – cloud templates work and allow designs etc
Then from Dashboard – Cloud Templates – All templates they are inaccessible and whitescreen – there’s no way to access them again when this happens
All theme options pass green – except mem limit 64MB even though I changed it in wpconfig to 128MB
Monsur
Used https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/intelly-related-posts/ for years on the theme works well never had an issue
Pat
Sorry to 256 I meant ( not 128 )
The plugins all checked and ok – cache cleared
About the WP memory limit – I changed this from the theme instructions in wp-config to 128 – but in theme panel it still shows as 64 – should I be changing it somewhere else too?
All other settings are green lights
Note it all worked until 9.2
Thanks
It has now resolved itself – I had used custom font 2 and 3 in Theme Panel and left custom font 1 blank – I put the new fonts in 1 and 2 and it worked
Apologies
Thanks Mike
