Hi,

The number of columns is the result of splitting a row, a default row will contain one full column
http://prntscr.com/mk10ox
So the number of columns will be according to the row layout – http://prntscr.com/mk11xp
Columns cannot be deleted, you can leave it empty if you don’t want to enter content in it.
If I misunderstand please correct me.

Thanks

Hi,

You could check some page and section examples
https://affiliate.tagdiv.com/#/load/Pages
https://affiliate.tagdiv.com/#/load/Sections

Maybe you find some designs you like. We usually use the contact form 7 plugin or the WPForms plugin for the form itself. Let me know if you have more questions.

Thanks

@Vlad111 That would be how caching works as far as I know. The cache will be automatically cleared when new posts/pages are published. If this is your website for me at the moment the homepage of the website loads in under 2 seconds – http://prntscr.com/mk0t6x

I don’t know what exactly you used to build the homepage, those aren’t theme elements. They seem to serve resized/reduced images instead of thumbnails
http://prntscr.com/mk0v0q

@Rajvivan
Try to test with no plugins active except theme plugins, there are some errors coming from plugins and maybe code in the theme panel or entered in the theme files
http://prntscr.com/mk0wer

Hi,

So the theme requirements are as mentioned in the guide but after the theme is updated the website crashes. Usually this is related to insufficient wp-memory. We recommend a value of 256M for most websites, when possible. If this is not allowed by your host then there could be various problems and there would be nothing we can do about it
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Try to deactivate all plugins, if you use a child theme deactivate it. Then update the theme again, also update the theme plugins.

Hi,

I tried a couple of modifications in the cloud library plugin files for the loop, they don’t seem to work unfortunately. Sorry for the inconvenience. If there would be an easy and nested solution I would happily provide it to you.

Hi,

Flex blocks are the only blocks that have such a setting – http://prntscr.com/mk097i
Default blocks don’t have a setting for the excerpt color. It could be set with CSS, I could give you a solution.
Mention for which blocks you want to do this, or if it should be in general. Let me know.

Thanks

Hi,

This usually happens when the account is not yet approved and Google is not yet serving the ads – http://prntscr.com/mjzy20
https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/1722120
https://support.google.com/adsense/troubleshooter/7049023

Some topics I found – https://techbegins.com/adsense-403-forbidden-error-complete-solution.html
https://www.problogbooster.com/2015/01/adsense-403-forbidden-error-html-google-adsense-not-showing-ad-code-403-fix-solved-troubleshoot.html

This would explain the 403 errors. Somewhere you must have entered a code related to Adsense, either in the theme panel or the theme files. The theme doesn’t come with Adsense ads by default.

The mobile friendly test is somewhat inconclusive at times – http://prntscr.com/mk0272
Sometimes if the theme resources like the CSS is slow to load the result may be negative
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/i-have-two-problems-in-mobile-friendly-test/

Regarding the error for the wp-content folder you could check this discussion

Hi,

If you use the mobile theme this has a setting to deactivate the mobile menu login
http://prntscr.com/mjzsn0

If you don’t use the mobile theme the login from desktop will be displayed on mobile
http://prntscr.com/mjzt1l
Disabling that option will affect both desktop and mobile. However I could give you a code to remove it just for mobile, enter it in Theme panel->Custom code->Advanced CSS->phones field

.td-menu-login-section {
display: none;
}

It will remove the login from mobile, while on desktop it will remain. You could give it a try.

Thanks

Hi,

Looks like the tagDiv composer did not update automatically. In some cases the automatic update process fails and the plugin will be deactivated. If this happens there will be an update button for it in the theme plugins panel – http://prntscr.com/mjzqw6

If you should try to update again, check if that is the case and update the tagDiv composer and the rest of the theme plugins you are using. Let us know.

Thanks

Hi,

You can use the stretch row options – http://prntscr.com/mjyz5v There are some predefined values and also full width to choose from. The row settings are the same in the header.

Hi,

You could use a multi-purpose header style – http://prntscr.com/mjyxm7
When using one of them, there are options to display text in the top bar
http://prntscr.com/mjyy3a

Hi,

Unfortunately I don’t know what yellow pencil this is about. I found a plugin called that way, but we haven’t tested it so I can’t say if it will work or not.
Maybe you can make some tests with it, try with a free version where possible.

Hi,

You are referring to the sidebar position? Maybe it has been set to display on the left of the content – http://prntscr.com/mjyt6i
Check in the post edit screen to see if that is the case.

Thanks

We could take a look, send us admin login at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Note that we may need to deactivate all non-theme plugins, or you could try that and let us know. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Hi,

Seems there is a design problem with that header style on tablet devices, I will add this issue on our list and a solution will be found.

I could make it look like this if you want to (only on tablets)
http://prntscr.com/mjxqnn
This is the code for it, it can be entered in the custom CSS section of the theme panel
https://pastebin.com/stb9ej71

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks

Using version 9.1 of the theme may cause various problems with the latest WordPress. I believe there were modifications in the theme in order to fix issues with WordPress 5, versions 9.2 and above should work fine. We recommend that the latest theme be used when updates are available.

What exactly is happening after you update to 9.5? Try the FTP method which is the most reliable and recommended to update
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
After you update check in the theme plugins panel and update the theme plugins that require it – http://prntscr.com/mjx1th

That message you are receiving should not cause any problems. It can appear if for example you change the page template in the backend instead of the composer edit screen. It is not an error, so the page can be used normally in most cases.

Let us know if you have more questions or need help help.

Thanks

Hi,

Seems that is the case, two “article” are detected with the tool just as you say. I will make a note of it and pass it along to the developer team. Thank you for taking the time to provide this detailed explanation.

The other issue you mention with the post-ID is already on our list. I should note that the AMP plugin is to receive modifications in coming updates, can’t provide specific information about it unfortunately. Chances are both these issues will be resolved. Please let us know if you have more questions or have something to add.

Thanks

Hi,

That section is added when the page template + latest articles is selected
https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
It will be removed if for example you select the default page template.

Hi,

That would be the background image set for the row, you can remove it and set the image you want instead
http://prntscr.com/mjwd1e

That is available in any WordPress version – http://prntscr.com/mjwb0y as a feature of the editor. Regardless of using the classic editor or the Gutenberg editor the option will be there
https://www.wpmadesimple.org/supplementary-guides/set-links-to-open-in-a-new-tab/

From the theme side there is no way to make the links in the post content open in a new tab. The option I mentioned when used will add the target blank property to the links you want, which the theme cannot do. There could be plugins that can do it for specific links.

Hi,

Hi,

There is a loading animation like this – http://prntscr.com/mjw8ql

Note that the auto load feature will be improved over future updates. There will be an option I believe to allow you to choose how soon will the next post load. So it will load before reaching the end of the currently viewed post, which is better.

Thanks
