Hi,
We only tested with the default WordPress comments, I can’t say how that can be fixed or what is causing the problem exactly with the disqus system.
I see comments being loaded – http://prntscr.com/mi9coe but there also some errors so it is not functioning correctly – http://prntscr.com/mi9dbo
Form what I know testing with the disqus system is added on our list. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
Maybe it is a caching issue. If you use a caching plugin clear the cache. In case the problem remains please post a link to the website so I can take a look.
Thanks
Hi,
There shouldn’t be a bold tag in the comments, those have only a paragraph tag
– http://prntscr.com/mi8yt8
Even if you were to set a font weight of bold in a cloud template, that weight will apply to the paragraph – http://prntscr.com/mi909z
I see you use a plugin for the comments, maybe there are settings in the plugin for that
– https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-documentation/
The initial comment seem to have double b tags at the moment – http://prntscr.com/mi92xn
The replies have the b tag as well but only once.
Thanks
Hi,
Having an option to display different headers per page was a feature that many of users have asked for a long time, also being able to create your own headers and customize the header elements without resulting to code modifications or CSS. Now it is possible. Having this option would be necessary for some users.
It is true that the auto load post feature is currently available only through the cloud library plugin. So the starting post has to be a post using a cloud template, the other posts that will be auto loaded can have any template (cloud or default templates). I can’t say at the moment if this functionality will change in the future.
There are users that do not use the cloud library plugin, it is true. It is an optional plugin that ads a great deal of flexibility by being able to create templates for almost everything, access to the template cloud library, it ads extra elements in the composer, now the auto-load and header builder/manager.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
That could mean the wp-memory is exhausted, we recommend a value of 256M. This would be enough for most websites. Please check the theme requirements guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Most likely increasing the wp-memory and the other parameters mentioned in the guide will solve the problem.
Thanks
Maybe the cloud library plugin is not active, please check if that is the case. Only if it is active will those elements be present – http://prntscr.com/mi802t
Hi,
We could take a look, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. Please include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
That would be unusual, the sidebar is displayed below the main content on posts, when the mobile theme is not active. Provide a link to a post where this happens so I can take a look.
Thanks
Hi,
That is a customization of the multi-purpose header style 1 made specifically for that demo and header style, it will apply only to it. You could change the header style in the theme panel, then that gradient will not apply anymore. Let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
You can make the column containing the sidebar sticky – http://prntscr.com/mhxpn2
The general setting in the theme panel has to be active – http://prntscr.com/mhxpxo
If you have a problem with the auto load feature, please post a link to the post where this is happening. Be sure to check the settings for it – http://prntscr.com/mhxqtv
Thanks
That is how it works currently, the top grid is set to display posts from the featured category. If there are no posts in this category or it has been deleted, the grid will not be displayed. The category is created by the theme initially
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/
Only by modifications in the code you could change this functionality. This is a similar topic where a category is added in the code of the top grid, so the grid will display only posts from it, if this is what you want to do
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-featured-posts/
I should note that the mobile theme will be subject to modifications in coming updates.
Hi,
Shortcodes should be rendered if added in the theme panel ad spots. If it works for the header ad spot it should work for the rest of them. We haven’t made any tests with that plugin, so I couldn’t say what could be the potential problems.
Some users use the Adrotate plugin, it’s shortcodes work properly with the theme based on user feedback. Here is some info about it, maybe you can give it a try

Hi,
You could try the plugin mentioned here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/carousel-with-links/
Also if you want a gallery for the single product page – http://prntscr.com/mhxcqr It can be done like this
– https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/adding-product-images-and-galleries/
Just remember to add this code in the functions file – http://prntscr.com/mhxd67
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/images-pop-in-in-woocommerce/
Thanks
Hi,
You could use a flex block, these blocks have settings to customize the image height and width – http://prntscr.com/mhx0de
So you can achieve better results in this case.
Here you can see block designs made by us (you can preview and even edit them to see how they are made), each can be imported through the cloud library plugin
– https://affiliate.tagdiv.com/#/load/Blocks
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Thanks
Hi,
We will add more documentation for the new features as soon as possible. The option for auto load can be found while editing a cloud post template
– http://prntscr.com/mhws6t
Let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
If this is your website – https://wibestbroker.com/ I see a favicon at the moment
– http://prntscr.com/mhwqpk
Hi,
You can set any page you want as homepage, it can contain anything possible with the tagDiv composer
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
So create a page how you want it and set it as homepage.
Thanks
@iamkingsleyf You can make that modification in a child theme, for the default post templates
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
The default post template files can be modified in a child theme, so this way an update will not affect the modification.
Hi,
Indeed, the theme will create I believe a total of 19 thumbnail sizes and WordPress will generate 3 sizes. The theme will use these thumbnails in blocks, grids and other modules
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
For each thumbnail size it will be specified where it is used, for example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/2Y8RGxoc
So depending on what elements you do not use, disable the thumbnail sizes accordingly.
After you disable sizes, from then on they will not be generated anymore. Previously created thumbnails will remain, unless maybe you use the force regenerate plugin
– https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/
Thanks
Hi,
The logo image could be transparent, so it would depend on the background color below it. On mobile you could set a white color for the menu bar and a black color for the icons in the theme panel – http://prntscr.com/mhwaqy
The result would be like this – http://prntscr.com/mhw9s7
Thanks
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. With the upcoming changes the theme performance will increase, it is true that at the moment it can be somewhat heavy.
I can’t get into details about what exactly will be changed or when exactly, but should have a significant positive result in this matter.
If you want to remove a shortcode that is entered in the post content of many posts, you could remove it at database level maybe, with a search and delete. Could be possible.
Thanks
Hi,
That is the overlay menu page template – https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
You can select it for the page you want in the page edit screen
– http://prntscr.com/mhw0ey
Thanks
Hi,
You could check in the Woocommerce plugin documentation – https://docs.woocommerce.com/
Maybe you can find there what you are looking for, if the plugin has the options you want.
Thanks
Hi,
If you have problems after the update we can take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will check. Provide as many details about the problem if possible.
Thanks
Hi,
The theme modal will apply if the gallery is created in the classic editor, or if in Gutenberg the classic element is used – http://prntscr.com/mhvojs
I made a test on my end, seems to work same as before – http://prntscr.com/mhvp0m
– http://prntscr.com/mhvp5w
What exactly is happening in your case? Let me know.
Thanks
