I’m checking the website now but I don’t see any obvious issues with it on mobile.

By default there’s no mobile version, the same content from desktop is displayed on mobile. Then if you want a mobile version, there are 2 optional choices, the mobile theme or mobile pages and templates. There is a video about these here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY

In either of these cases, the design should not be broken however, they may look different but not broken. If there are still issues please let me know what or where should I check exactly.

Adding a key to your forum account is only for extending the support period and skipping creating a forum account. It doesn’t do anything else.

If you want to use a new key on a website where another key is used, please reset the theme activation https://prnt.sc/QPEUEW007v8Z and activate the theme with the new key. Keys will appear in the license panel for the websites where they are used. If you use the key on the website it will appear in the license panel.

That’s a table where the theme keeps the data from the socials, for the social counter. The social counter fetches fresh data every 6 hours I believe, and it keeps it in that table until new data is fetched again. This is mostly to not make multiple requests to the socials each time the page is loaded.

If maybe you aren’t using the social counter plugin anymore, you could empty that table if you want. Or just leave it as it is, it won’t cause problems. Or are you using the social counter and it stopped synchronizing?

Did you perhaps solve the problem or it’s the same when you check? If it’s the same maybe it’s a browser issue.

The staging website looks fine as well, I see no problem with it.

Normally you don’t need code to have a wider content. But if you must use CSS to stretch the content, the effect of the code may be visible while the page loads. There could be such issues unfortunately. I can add this on our list but I can’t say if or when our developer team will have the time to check. We try to maintain compatibility with the WPML plugin and this as well takes a lot of time and effort.

My suggestion is to not use the mobile theme plugin in this case. The responsive version works fine with the menus. Please consider disabling the mobile theme plugin.

That depends on how the modules look. Usually there’s no problem if the module doesn’t have the exact same size or aspect ratio of the featured image, but if the image contains text then its more visible. You must adjust the modules to better fit the images, depending on their aspect ratio. Try the presets https://prnt.sc/EtHKNydUJtiZ or adjust them manually https://prnt.sc/iIZJg1q-c-xQ

If most of the images are like this https://chad-wyatt.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/SEO-statistics-696×464.png then you will need modules that have the aspect ratio of that image in order to display the full image, not cut off. The container must be adjusted to fit the image. The theme just sets the image as a background inside the module, the results depend on how the module looks.

Maybe it just doesn’t show up in the rich test. It’s in the list of supported types of structured data https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/structured-data/organization but maybe its not supposed to appear in the rich test. It does appear in the schema validator however, and that’s what probably matters most.

That’s a bit unusual, because we use cloudflare for almost all our websites and demos, and there are a lot of theme users that use it as well.

Are you using any custom rules in cloudflare perhaps? Or you could try to create a rule to not block the theme ajax requests used for pagination.

I suggest checking the rules first, you can pause them and check again. By default cloudflare should not cause such problems.

Normally a PHP info file should be created and used just when needed, and after its not needed it should be deleted. I see you still have it https://www.cidademarketing.com.br/marketing/info.php Please remove it, the file is in the wordpress folder, you can use any file manager to do it.

A backup will be large if the website is large. It contains all the website files and the database. You can use other backup methods or dedicated plugins but the size will be about the same. A duplicator package however can be installed on the same website or on a new server quite easily. You just upload the package and install it manually in case the website cannot be accessed anymore https://duplicator.com/knowledge-base/classic-install/ If the website can be accessed then you can restore it through the duplicator plugin panel.
