Hi,
We could take a look, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login access. If possible also provide cPanel access. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Hi,
If you already have a forum account, then please use the manual activation of the theme
– https://www.screencast.com/t/NXhtb0Vtn
Thanks
Hi,
@gocciolo Note that now there is an option to disable the Google fonts entirely, this was introduced in the theme in update 8.7.5
– https://www.screencast.com/t/y4tsA8CVl
– https://www.screencast.com/t/IOwL9vCBeyM5
As soon as they are disabled there will be no more fonts loaded, you can use your own for example.
Thanks
Hi,
I could take a look, that could be done by reducing the padding between the menu items. Also note that the header menu space can be stretched if you have many menu items

Thanks
Hi,
That demo was removed to be modified and redesigned, it will be reintroduced in the future. There were some issues with it and they will be fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
If you want to add some more content in the AMP footer, that could be done by editing the plugin files, and entering the code you want there maybe

Hi,
On pages there is a required class that needs to be set for the row and also a particular row layout that has to be used. This guide (at the bottom) mentions how it can be done
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/
I would like to mention that in the coming update or the following one, the sticky capabilities on pages will be extended.
Thanks
Hi,
So most likely you get the infinite loading animation, the first thing to check would be the theme requirements, in the system status panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Insufficient resources can cause many issues with the theme or the plugins, if needed ask your hosting provider to increase them as specified.
After making modifications check if the issue is solved. If it persists check with the browser inspector while trying to access the theme panel sections. Check in the console tab to see if there are any errors. In some cases the server firewall or some security settings were causing problems with the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-options-2/
Let us know if there still is a problem.
Thanks
Hi,
Our composer, at the moment, has predefined row layouts that you can choose from
– https://www.screencast.com/t/zBbatqG5oqo5
By using inner rows you can extend the possibilities and create more layouts
– https://www.screencast.com/t/FztC6bjDOpcj
Place inner rows in rows and split them again, maybe you can achieve the result you want.
Maybe in the future there will be an option to create any custom row/column layout you need. But for the moment those would be all the capabilities of the tagDiv composer in this matter.
Thanks
Hi,
So you are having problems with images, you could check these topics, they mention some suggesitons
– https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/229-fixing-errors-when-uploading-images-in-wordpress
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-image-upload-issue-in-wordpress/
Be sure to check the max-upload size as well
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thanks
Hi,
So you mean something like an excerpt of the author description text, that is not possible unfortunately. The text that is entered in the WordPress description field will be displayed exactly as entered by the author, it cannot be shortened.
Also the current author box element does not show the author socials, this is on our list of improvements along other updates for this element. We will try to add more options to it over future updates.
The team member could be an option, it also can display socials, links to accounts can be entered manually in it.
Links could be set in the description field if you should consider it

Sorry for any inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
I made quite a few tests in then meantime, for me there is no problem in editing all the versions of the page by language, with the tagDiv composer. For example I set a page as homepage, then added a translation to it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/JeJcpefR
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Ahnr2mt9W
– https://www.screencast.com/t/zkhO1CFNULn4
I tested with theme requirements and WPML requirements met
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
– https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
Also I had no other plugins active except theme plugins. You could double check all the requirements, deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and WPML plugins.
If there is no positive result we could take a look at the problem. Send us admin login by email at contact@tagdiv.com also include a link to this topic in the email.
The other issue, with the cloud library, this is investigated by us and it will be fixed. Seems to happen for some users, the plugin will be updated along with the theme as soon as possible.
Hi,
The first thing to check would be the theme requirements, system status section
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
It is imperative that the parameters mentioned in the guide are configured properly. Insufficient resources can cause many issues with the theme or the plugins, if needed ask your hosting provider to increase them as specified.
The WP memory could be set higher if possible. After trying this check if the issue remains. Let us know if there still is a problem.
You can change the color in the code, use any color you want, then all the links will have that color
.td-post-content p span a span {
color: #339966 !important;
}
.td-post-content p span a {
color: #339966 !important;
}
So you also want to make the links bolder, the links are already bold
– https://www.screencast.com/t/DQebXJvh6W
Maybe you want to make the font bigger like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Ebc2RwQzUo
If that is the case use this code to also color the links and increase the font size
.td-post-content p span a span {
color: #339966 !important;
font-size: 20px;
}
.td-post-content p span a {
color: #339966 !important;
font-size: 20px;
}
Are you using the latest version of WordPress? You could mention this issue to your hosting provider, could be server related. That is a WordPress file and since you checked and it is not missing, it could be blocked for some reason by the server.
Hi,
Try to re-save the permalinks in WordPress settings, then check again with the translated page and also cloud library
– https://www.screencast.com/t/LYs8a5bTh6b
Hi,
@swamplingman That fix should work for Instagram, the theme update released after the fix was provided contained the same code. The fixes were for the widget and a different one for the plugin. After you replace the code in the theme file for the widget, be sure to clear any caching you have, as well as CDN if used. Also clear the browser cache. Also if possible test with a different ID, see if images are displayed.
However it would be best to update the theme and social counter plugin to the latest version, if you use an older version. There were changes made by Facebook and Twitter as well, so they may not work with previous theme and counter. In the latest version there are no know issues with the socials. Here is a guide if you should decide to update
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
The FTP method is the most reliable and recommended.
Thanks
Hi,
That issue is caused by the Cloud library plugin, it is currently under investigation and will be fixed as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
Does that happen for a new page or only for the homepage? If it only happens for the homepage then there could be a problem specific to it. Maybe you entered content in it that is not part of the tagDiv composer, or custom code of some kind. Let us know what you find.
Thanks
Hi,
There are archive pages created by default in WordPress
– https://www.screencast.com/t/CfpWctJLL1WQ
A default template is applied, but you can now create/import templates with the Cloud library plugin
– https://www.screencast.com/t/8Vwp3qd79QtL
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
You can add an archive widget so users can browse through the website archives. Those would be all the archive related capabilities.
Thanks
Hi,
From what I can find online both http and https are possible when using default schema mark-up
– https://schema.org/docs/faq.html#19
– https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/68709/secure-and-non-secure-schema-org-markup
I can’t seem to find more information about json schema however, maybe you can find more about it online.
Hi,
More details would be helpful. For example what exactly are you doing and what is happening.
Ads can be disabled for specific devices, if you use Adsense
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
If other ads are used then you can wrap the ad codes in predefined containers, per device
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/
The mobile theme plugin has different ad spots in the theme panel, these will appear only on mobile
– https://www.screencast.com/t/xdW373dcVq
Thanks
Hi,
That will be the case, the latest articles section will always be displayed at the bottom of the page, below any of the content. It’s position cannot be changed, using it’s pagination will switch pages, so it is located at the bottom.
So you want to color the post titles for those widgets. That could be done with some CSS, I will help you.
Provide a link to where the sidebar is located, mention what exactly you want changed and how. Also mention if this should be specific for that sidebar or in general maybe.
