Hi,
Indeed there seems to be an issue with the Construct demo, when the menu is in affix state. I will add this on our list and it will be fixed as soon as possible. In the meantime if you could provide a link to your website I will try to give you a solution.
Thanks
Hi,
Adding a menu item will simply place it in the menu. You could create simple drop-down menu
– https://wptavern.com/how-to-create-a-dropdown-menu-of-wordpress-categories-without-using-code
Or more complex mega-menus or page menus
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
Thanks
Hi,
That numbered pagination is only present in the latest articles section, category pages etc but not on blocks. Blocks have only the pagination options mentioned in the guide, not a page pagination
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
The layout of the latest articles cannot be full width, there are no settings for that at the moment. Sorry if this is an inconvenience for you.
Thanks
Hi,
There are quite detailed online guides you could follow. Such as these
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-properly-move-wordpress-to-a-new-domain-without-losing-seo/
– https://torquemag.io/2016/02/move-wordpress-from-localhost-to-live-server/
– http://www.wpexplorer.com/wordpress-local-to-live/
There is also a plugin that is most recommended for website migration
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-move-wordpress-to-a-new-host-or-server-with-no-downtime/
Maybe you would find these helpful.
Thanks
Hi,
Please provide some more exact details about the differences you mention, for a better understanding and we will investigate. The content and layout of the page should not change regardless of logged state.
Thanks
Sorry about the delay, seems the topic has been overlooked. The end tag of the body would be here in the footer file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/YeLcPUIc
So try entering the code as mentioned by them.
Maybe there will be changes made in the matter in future updates, but I could not say for sure. For the moment I could not say if there are any plans to make modifications to the headings used. Sorry if this is an inconvenience for you.
If you should decide that the theme is not suited for your website we will be able to provide a refund if you should request it.
Hi,
That would be difficult to do, and probably you will have to make the modifications after each theme update, so that may not be a proper method. You could disable the theme socials and use a sharing plugin or use one in addition to the theme sharing options.
Thanks
Hi,
If you used custom code in theme files directly or through a child theme, or maybe in WordPress files, remove it and see if the message is still displayed. The theme does not provide such errors so it could be theme modifications or additions that are causing it to appear.
Thanks
Hi,
I believe that is how WordPress treats language specific characters
– https://stackoverflow.com/questions/49087924/language-specific-characters-in-url
– https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/51498/wordpress-slug-issue-with-non-latin-characters
It sanitizes the URLs and removes specific characters and symbols. I could be mistake, you could search for more related topics online.
Thanks
Hi,
That cannot be done, the mega-menu will display posts from the categories sorted by latest posts. So for example a post will be first as long as it is the latest post in the categories.
Thanks
Hi,
According to the Envato license terms the a license key can be used only for one product (website), multiple websites will require different licenses
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
So if you want to use the theme on 2 different websites you will have to use two theme licenses.
Thanks
It is provided in the theme package. If you do not have the latest plugin version, deactivate and remove the current plugin, then download the theme package again and install the AMP plugin from there

Hi,
Indeed some settings are only available with the tagDiv composer. The background title is not available in Visual composer unfortunately. You could use the general headers background color setting (ant text if needed), it will apply to block titles as well

Thanks
Hi,
The counter seems to be configured properly from what I can see. If all the required information is entered there should be no problem
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Try clearing the cache you have installed and check the results. If there is still an issue send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
Indeed there seems to be an issue with on mobile. I will add this on our issue list and the developer team will take a look and see what can be done in the matter. Thank you for mentioning it.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please provide a link to your website and I will try to give you a solution to change that color.
Thanks
Hi,
The breadcrumbs can only be disabled for the entire website, not by specific locations
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/breadcrumbs/
That could be done with CSS maybe. It depends on for what exact pages you want them removed. By post name it is not possible however. It could be done by category pages or specific categories, posts or specific posts, some other cases as well.
Thanks
Indeed the navigation provides 404 when used. Try switching to a different permalink structure in WordPress settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fkhbvxjuBa
Use either a default structure or a SEO recommended strucutre
– https://yoast.com/wordpress-seo-url-permalink/
Then check if there is still an issue. Additionally deactivate all other plugins, leave only theme plugins active. If you entered custom code or functions in the theme files or WordPress remove them and test again.
Hi,
If you still have a problem with the composer, send us an email at the email address mentioned above and mention the necessary details, we will investigate. Provide admin
login, FTP access and cPanel if possible. Please also include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
@Earned Media From what I can see the Facebook seems to be configured properly, try clearing the cache and see if this refreshes the displayed data.
YouTube should be configured like this example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/53zgrEAcF
For all with Facebook problems clear all caching, including browser cache. If possible provide links to your websites so we can take a look. The Facebook like page has to be public with no restrictions in order for the counter to work properly.
Replied in your other topic.
So that extra parameter in the URL is added only when the tagDiv composer is active from what I understand. If that is the case we could take a look, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information, FTP and cPanel access if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email.
First please check the theme system status parameters
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources if needed.
If there is still an issue you could try the suggestions from this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tag-div-composer-not-working-gives-blank-page/
Let us know the results.
Hi,
@jubeljoy Then the solution from above will not be the most recommended step to take. Please try as suggested and deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, check if the issue is solved. There are some conflicts with the theme on the website
– https://www.screencast.com/t/iWXAFDSNOofF
Trying to patch every instance of the affected elements is not a proper way to do it.
Deactivate the theme lazy-load as well, this is among the first to break in case of conflicts
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ceyCX1ski
@TabDesk Try the same thing and let us know the results.
Thanks
