Hi,

I see there was some work done on the review section a while ago in a previous update. The reason was to fix the case when using the points review type, when users were adding commas instead of periods in the values -> https://prnt.sc/zv18e5RW2iYU This lead to calculation problems for the review.

The fix was to automatically transform the commas to periods, intended just for that points input field specifically. But it seems to apply to all the inputs, including the feature name.

I could provide a quickfix for this issue. Please download this file from here -> https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/td_set_post_settings.zip

Unzip it and there will be a PHP file. That file must replace the existing file via this path in the composer -> wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\common\wp_booster\wp-admin\content-metaboxes

If you want I can do it on your website, and I’ll also test to see if the issue is solved. You can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website, admin user and pass, also access to cPanel or FTP.

We are very sorry for this inconvenience.

Thank you!

This new link you provided also leads to the 404 page for me -> https://prnt.sc/QPdsQ-jLfLjO

Please let’s clarify what the problem is.

The links you have provided so far lead to 404 errors, so I can’t see those posts. Is this the problem? If these posts are published but they lead to a 404 error, the first step is to resave the permalinks -> https://prnt.sc/pO-qzg9DZN80 Simply press that button. Then check if the posts pages work.

But if the problem is that the body of the post is not displayed, so far I have yet to see a post with the problem. Please let me know how or where I can see the problem exactly. If you want, I can check directly on the website as an admin, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide an admin account (user and pass).

Thank you!

Now it’s better, I see the titles from the ad codes are gone. There is just one extra title tag remaining, the one right after the opening body tag. Hopefully that one can be found as well and removed. From what I can tell the secondary title is part of a group of meta tags, those should be perhaps move in the head, or removed as well if they aren’t necessary.

I suggest checking if a plugin is loading them there, or if maybe they are added in the theme header file, or maybe even in the theme panel -> https://prnt.sc/-KgS4NmoJB3r

Thank you!

Hi,

Some of the footer templates of the Newsmag theme are predefined, meaning the content from them can’t be modified.

If you want to display something else, please use one of the blank footer templates, for example this one if you want to display just one larger block on the middle and right side -> https://prnt.sc/tfneMFLVfQ22

Then you can add the widgets you want in the second footer column, like block 7 -> https://prnt.sc/Nt49vFc_7q4I

Then you can make the block display 6 posts -> https://prnt.sc/y5BZhnX3JqGJ

The result is like this -> https://prnt.sc/LCNQUaIHcIck

So these footer templates contain empty columns -> https://prnt.sc/uMRpQiMaRn_p in which you can add the widgets you want.

Please try it.

Thank you!

Hi,

Normally that isn’t a wordpress file. This is what the wordpress thickbox folder contains by default -> https://prnt.sc/CkuhzGWRM5mz So there is a thickbox.css file, not a thickbox.min.css file.

If maybe you use any optimization plugins on the website, such plugins can create minified files of actual wordpress files, to speed up the website. So an optimization plugin could take this file thickbox.css and create thickbox.min.css. Since this isn’t a file normally found in wordpress, security plugins may flag it, as they don’t know what it is.

That’s probably what’s happening. I still suggest checking what that file contains exactly. If it’s just minified CSS code, like this -> https://prnt.sc/-oKT6kxcaKnU then it’s fine.

Thank you!

Hi,

If there’s a problem with the key verification then the theme will have limitations unfortunately. This kind of issues with the key verification can have a few causes, mainly plugin conflicts, or security restrictions, or firewalls.

What happens is that the theme tries to connect from your website to our database and verify the key. If something interferes or blocks that connection, then the verification will fail, resulting in not being able to use the theme fully.

A quick test you can perform is to deactivate all non-theme plugins to see if this solves the problem.

If not, I will take a look at the issue and try to find the cause. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website and admin login (user and pass). I will check as soon as possible.

Thank you!

Hi,

That is possible.

A new full row can be placed at the top -> https://prnt.sc/G12XXz0buKTM and then the ticker can be moved in that row -> https://prnt.sc/rnVIhA9owKzv

If maybe you want the ticker to be full width, the row can be stretched to full width -> https://prnt.sc/1UFCU8j6wZf-

For now I left the new row have the same width of the header. Please check it as well.

Hi,

No problem. I can provide WPBakery 8.7.3 so you don’t have to wait until we include it in the next theme update. It will work fine with the theme. You just have to deactivate and delete the version you are using now, and install the new one.

I can provide the plugin by email, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and include a link to this forum topic in the email, so I know what it’s about.

Thank you!

Hi,

Maybe you’ve set that post back to draft because it leads to a 404 page for me. I checked other posts and the content seems to be displayed, for example this one https://www.stefanegirard.fr/barbe-incomplete-zones-clairsemees-faut-il-insister-corriger-ou-styliser-autrement/ displays the content -> https://prnt.sc/xUdisDTCDu_l

Is it happening just for some posts perhaps? If all the posts use the same post template as the post I checked, they should all display the post content.

Let me know.

Thank you!

Hi,

Please make sure that the OG meta tags required for sharing on socials are available on your website -> https://ahrefs.com/blog/open-graph-meta-tags/ Or else the sharing may not work correctly or at all.

The theme does not load the OG meta tags, each website owner can use their preferred method for loading them. Since most website owners use a SEO plugin, the usual method is to load the OG meta tags with the SEO plugin, like Yoast -> https://ahrefs.com/blog/open-graph-meta-tags/#setting-open-graph-tags-in-wordpress Or please check the settings of your preferred SEO plugin.

If you are already loading the OG meta tags and it’s not working, I suggest using the Facebook debugger -> https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug Test the post there to see if there are any issues.

Thank you!

I don’t think elementor is adding the titles.

So the first title is correct, it’s the one in the website head.

The second appears right after the opening body tag -> https://prnt.sc/WLpnobnj86dI Either it was manually added in the theme header.php file, or a code plugin or code snippet is adding it there.

And all the rest of the title tags are inside the ad codes -> https://prnt.sc/EktU0DHN0E6z I suggest checking the ad codes. Maybe the ad codes were copied from somewhere else, because I don’t think that someone manually added titles and meta tags inside each ad code -> https://prnt.sc/X4RiqWKeQHnJ Please check the ad codes entered in the theme panel.

Having so many title tags and meta tags in a single page can lead to issues, I can’t say which kind of issues but it’s nor normal.

Hi,

While ads can’t be inserted inside blocks, they can be inserted in post loops. There is an option which I think was added after this post was created -> https://prnt.sc/R9PVUePWS02G An ad can be set there and can be repeated after a set number of posts.

Besides that, ads can be displayed in ad boxes everywhere in the page, just not inside other blocks, only around them.

Hi,

That is possible.

Please edit the homepage with the composer -> https://prnt.sc/4aGMrsdBYYO1

Then scroll down to the footer and click on this row -> https://prnt.sc/zP_iAizgWhjm
In the CSS tab of the row settings the image can be removed or replaced.

Please try it. Let me know if you have more questions.

Thank you!

Hi,

The stretch option is available after selecting a row, it’s in the general settings tab -> https://prnt.sc/4muwSpqSWKlv Simply scroll down a bit while hovering the settings tab -> https://prnt.sc/uU8wLyz3eFUL and the option should be there.

As a note, stretching rows will not work if the rows have custom widths set like this -> https://prnt.sc/cwfuQqZPmAau

I believe you are also using some custom CSS to limit the width, I see it in the theme custom CSS -> https://prnt.sc/4KfdAvNIzxun Please make sure that you review that code you entered here -> https://prnt.sc/lLaG0ksSbKTi because it will probably prevent any row from being stretched.

Let me know if I can help more.

I understand, and you are perfectly right. It’s very inconvenience to not be able to lock multiple posts at once or per category. Hopefully we can do something about that. Sorry again for this situation.

Actually that demo uses two headers. They should both appear in the cloud library dashboard, for example -> https://prnt.sc/ai3_p1GizDYY I should have mentioned this before.

There’s an overlay header, used just for the homepage I believe, and a regular header used for the rest of the website.

An overlay header means it is displayed over part of the content, and it’s usually transparent.

You could use just one header if you want or if it’s better for your website. To make the homepage use the global header instead of the special overlay header, while editing the homepage with the composer please set the global template here -> https://prnt.sc/I2g_blW_UFSd

To explain how that works, you can have different headers if you want, per page. A page can either use the global header, or a specific header if it’s set here -> https://prnt.sc/mcE-54JaWjw_

Please let me know in case there are further issues.

Thank you!

Hi,

I will need more details.

Why are you not able to edit the content withy the composer? Are there perhaps errors?

And what fonts are showing different, or where?

If there are errors when editing pages with the composer, I suggest sending us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and providing admin access (user and pass) for the website, so I can check them directly on the website. I’ll also check the font issues, but I’ll need examples. This way it will be faster, let me know.

Hi,

The logo can be changed in the composer -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/

I see you changed it on mobile -> https://prnt.sc/jHYMc8MuNbP8 It can be changed on desktop as well.
Simply edit for example the homepage with the composer -> https://prnt.sc/6EK8SlCc16LT then click on the logo and set your own logo image -> https://prnt.sc/njJIT90Gx2NZ

In case there is a problem, or if you have more questions, let me know.

Hi,

Please don’t post your license keys in the forum topic, because every forum member can see them. I removed them.

I tried creating an account on your website here https://aecontribuyentes.com/

https://prnt.sc/d7KObnIOAvCC
https://prnt.sc/UlSsVYTg7ZvX

But when I tried to log in it didn’t work. I checked my email and I received an activation link, once I clicked on that it said it activated my account -> https://prnt.sc/2KuybYyz1V1L

I also received this email -> https://prnt.sc/xzl5Ju7zspM5

But I still can’t log in, it always says that my username or password is incorrect. Maybe it could be because of the recaptcha. This can be tested. If you activated the theme recaptcha, please disable it -> https://prnt.sc/cT4_ht2hjxN4 Then test again. Although It shouldn’t block users from logging in. Then test to see if it works.

Thank you!

Hi,

That’s correct. In the backend the page content is made out of shortcodes. The content can’t be analyzed there. It can be analyzed in the frontend where the content is actually displayed, via live page scanners if available in the SEO plugin, browser extensions or other tools.

I see that the SureRank Pro plugin has a frontend page analyzer -> https://prnt.sc/FMClw5C5g3tS This is quite a nice feature, and will allow you to actually analyze and optimize the page based on the content it displays on the website. Those are the same settings that are available in the backend. So you could optimize pages from the frontend.

Thank you!

Let’s see.

1. That is possible.

The emails will be collected in the Emails section of our subscription plugin, please check the guide I provided above -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/leads/ You can create different lists if you want, and email addresses will be added in the lists. The list can be set on each of the leads element -> https://prnt.sc/aUbTvjHTDCHf

If you want to send an email on subscription, and also to try adn avoid spam, you can use this option -> https://prnt.sc/xegnD4O_3LFc This will send a thank you email and a confirmation link. The email can be customized in the subscription plugin email settings -> https://prnt.sc/N-9sQTmz6MTK -> https://prnt.sc/ipv5bEt3jML7 There are more emails that you can customize there as needed.

The emails can be exported -> https://prnt.sc/A5zlnQhjGAy0 No other management is available, exporting is usually the most important thing to have, so you can then import them in mailing/newsletter service. For example importing into Mailchimp from a file -> https://mailchimp.com/help/import-contacts-mailchimp/

2. I can’t say what your recommend setup is unfortunately, it depends on what type of content you want the subscribers to submit. As I mentioned, please start with a content submission page. A minimal submission page should contain the post title, the featured image, the post content, and of course the submit button -> https://prnt.sc/IZkaOWxFAlGw But you can collect more information relevant to the content type you are using. Custom fields can be used as well, through the ACF plugin.

3. I’m not sure what you mean exactly. The login/register page is for logging in or creating an account. That’s the only purpose of the page.

4. That is a button. It can be configured to open the mailing service of the visitor when pressed, so they can send you an email. Please configure the button like this -> https://prnt.sc/EoTLXYXzZZMD Use your email address.

These features that we are discussing are all theme features. Of course, for example for sending emails it depends on the capabilities of the website and may require a SMTP plugin. I suggest checking with your hosting about it.

Also, if there are things that aren’t working properly, please mention what is not working properly exactly, or provide some examples of the issue. I will check as well and try to help.

I hope that the information I provided is helpful. If you have any other questions let me know.

Thank you!

Hi,

I see you activated the mobile theme plugin. It is very important to know what that plugin does -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/

There are a few major changes to the website on mobile, after activating the mobile theme.

One major change is how pages are treated -> https://prnt.sc/S0T1lLDmXQJt Each page will require entering content in a mobile editor, and that’s the content it will display on mobile. So there are 2 versions, the desktop version and the mobile version -> https://prnt.sc/6MvoohUMISim

It is also important to know that the mobile theme plugin is optional. You could simply not use it, and the content from desktop will also be displayed on mobile.

Please let me know if I can help more.

Hi,

Something must be wrong, it’s not normal for the theme to cause such issues. It will have to be investigated.

I suggest to send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login (user and pass) for the website. Also if you have cPanel, or FTP, or something similar for checking the server settings, files, error logs, please provide access to it as well.

Then I will check as soon as possible to try to find the cause of the issue.

Hi,

I don’t think the subtitle content is taken into account while searching, only the excerpt content. Are you maybe entering unique content in the subtitle which can’t be found in the post title, content, excerpt? If so, then the post won’t be found if someone searches for keywords from the subtitle, despite being displayed in the post page.

My suggestion is to also enter relevant keywords in the post title, or the post content, or even the post excerpt if you use a custom one. This makes it possible for posts to be discovered easier when searching.

Maybe we could have included the subtitle in the search process, but I don’t recall having requests to do so. The subtitle is usually used like a secondary title, not actually meant to be part of the search process, the title and content are the most important and relevant to the search.

Thank you!
