Hi,
If it works, just leave it like that. This may be a solution for other users as well, until support in the theme by default will be added in future updates.
Thanks
Hi,
I cannot see any of the links or images you are referring to, unfortunately. Try posting them again maybe, so I can better understand what exactly you mean.
Thanks
Hi,
The article is no longer available from what I can see

Hi,
Maybe you could use this guide to troubleshoot the problem

Salut,

Multumesc!
Hi,
Maybe you are not using a Full Big grid. These are the only grids that should be used on full width. Here you can see them all
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-1/
And these are the normal grids
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-1/
The normal Big grids should not be stretched because they do not have the same functionality of the Full big grids.
Thanks
Hi,
I believe the only change that was made is the Cache Delivery Method section which should be like this (basically the same setting)
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ruCqbH1pBTa
We will try to update the cache plugin guide as soon as possible, to accommodate the new settings panel.
Thanks
Hi,
In most cases where the option to make the menu item a mega-menu is not displayed, it is because of a plugin. The option should be available for all the menu items
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Nmgt0PEJPl3Z
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
A suggestion would be to deactivate all plugins as a test, except the plugins that are included in the theme package. That should fix the problem. Then enable them one at a time and possibly identify the one that is causing the issue.
Thanks
Hi,
We will update the tutorial as soon as possible. But I believe that is how then caching works. There will be no cached page displayed for known users, but for the rest a cached page will be displayed. Random sorting of post will not be in effect in this case.
It will refresh however each time a change or update is detected, or a post is published.
You could try and set a cache timeout of your choosing and refresh the cache more often

Hi,
The files from the shortcodes folder can be modified through a child theme as well. That way you would not need to make the modification again, after updating the theme.

Hi,
You could try to change the fonts for the Woocommerce account page, in this file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/t7a1AlRUbAe
Maybe there are also plugins that would allow you to customize the different fonts used by Woocommerce. Or apply them with custom CSS code.
Inspect the page with the browser inspector and identify the elements used and the classes and create custom code
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Thanks
Hi,
You can try and make modification in the post loop in the mentioned file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/GQYrMTeHna
Check this guide for more information if you would like to try this

Also try the suggested link for a google search with more information on the subject.
Thanks
Hi,
You seem to have installed theme version 8 from what I can see at the moment. I have browsed the website for a while, no strange redirects happened while doing it. It could have been a plugin, or custom code, or theme modification. A fresh install and deactivating all plugins except what is included in the theme package, should resolve the issue. Or installing a safe backup.
Whatever that might have been, it seems it is gone now.
You could check these security advice from this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tutorial-good-basic-security-practices/
Here you can check the changelog to see what changed in the theme during the previous updates
– https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609
The latest version also is the introduction of the new front-end tagDiv composer

Future updates will add more features and options to this page builder exclusively.
Thanks
Hi,
All this information is available in the theme documentation
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation/
Also for any problem you might have, you can always search the forum or create a new topic. We will try our best to help you as soon as possible.
As mentioned before, Header styles 9, 10 and 11 do not have a limit for the logo image. An example is this demo which uses header style 10
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_cars/
Please make sure that when setting the logo you are choosing full size
– https://www.screencast.com/t/MDZ4cuD34yhA

If you consider that the theme is not suited for your website, you can request a refund and we will approve it as soon as possible.
Thanks
Hi,
Glad you could solve the issue. Please note that the latest theme version and plugins provided in the package are compatible with up to PHP version 7.1. Providing you have updated them all.
The latest version of the Visual composer included in the bundle is 5.1.1.
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
The main point is that the problem is solved, and everything is working properly now.
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected your website and I see the video playlist, but there is no problem with it from what I can tell
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5i6vWbzGzT
That is the way it is supposed to look on two columns, there is nothing wrong with it. Please correct me if I am misunderstanding.
Thanks
Hi,
At the moment there is no option to remove the default fonts from the theme, unless choosing different ones for each of the elements you want, in the theme panel.
These are all the available font settings and customization options in the theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
Thanks
Hi,
These are the all styles possible with Big grid 3
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-3/
There is no option to change the predefined colors, only with custom code. A code like this one for example, where you can define the colors you want for each module. It will
– https://www.screencast.com/t/vFfB6pjEqu
.td-grid-style-2 .td-big-grid-post-0 .td-module-thumb a:last-child:before {
background: blue;
}
.td-grid-style-2 .td-big-grid-post-1 .td-module-thumb a:last-child:before {
background: red;
}
.td-grid-style-2 .td-big-grid-post-2 .td-module-thumb a:last-child:before {
background: green;
}
.td-grid-style-2 .td-big-grid-post-3 .td-module-thumb a:last-child:before {
background: white;
}
You can modify the colors as you want, and maybe set more complex background properties in the code
– https://www.w3schools.com/css/css3_gradients.asp
The code must be entered in Theme panel->Custom code, if you decide to use it.
Please note that replying in your own topic before an answer is provided, will only make the topic newer. We answer from oldest to newest, we also try our best to provide answers as soon as possible.

Hi,
From what I can see you already have borders around the menu in the sidebar
– https://www.screencast.com/t/URXsfs9IiT
I do not see any other menu elements in your sidebar, maybe I am misunderstanding this. In the screenshot you mention a category widget which displays categories, but I do not see it anywhere.
Thanks
Hi,
Try manually uploading the plugin by FTP. Unzip the plugin and upload it in the WordPress plugins folder (it should be wp-content\plugins) Then go to the plugins section and activate the composer.
More information about this method here
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/step-by-step-guide-to-install-a-wordpress-plugin-for-beginners/
Also check the theme system status and make modifications to the WordPress and server parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
This will ensure the proper functionality of the theme and plugins.
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately as it is stated above, the theme does not support RTL. Elements of the theme will not display as intended if modifications are made in this regard.
The classes defined in the theme and all the conditions are not optimized for RTL, and this results in broken layouts and problems like the ones you describe.
It would require a lot of work from your part in order to modify the theme to have RTL functionality. Or create custom code to override the theme style.
We cannot provide support in this matter, as it is not a feature of the theme. It would be best if you could search for a different theme that supports this by default, and no modifications necessary.
If you consider this an option, you can request a refund and we will approve it. Then you could build your website with a theme that may support RTL.
Thank you for understanding!
Hi,
If you have installed the mobile theme plugin, content for pages is limited to the mobile editor. This section appears in the page edit screen, on the bottom
– https://www.screencast.com/t/lgszYjDG9y1
You will basically have to create two versions of a page, the desktop one and the mobile one.
The mobile theme will not display content created with composers on pages.
It also comes with a predefined template for the front page, post, category etc. If you would like to display the same content from desktop on mobile, deactivate the mobile theme plugin. This plugin is optional, the website will still display properly on mobile devices because it is fully responsive and adapts accordingly.
More information about the mobile theme here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Hi,
You could remove that text if needed. That is displayed when there is no content in that element. It would require a modification to the text with title element, like this

– https://www.screencast.com/t/F8oNaAY8o

Hi,
You should not modify the column width, this is not recommended. The elements on the page depend on the fixed predefined width, modifying it will most likely cause layout issues.
Please provide more details about what exactly you are trying to do, maybe there is another way of doing it.
You could for example use a bigger image for the ad, instead of the default theme images. They will be displayed in full width of the column, if you are using images with custom links as ads on your website
