Hi,
Please follow the theme update guide to update the theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Try updating by FTP. The theme and update is tested and there should be no problem. Update the theme plugins as well along with the theme. Clear any caching installed after the update.
Thanks
Hi,
It would be helpful if you could provide a link to your website, so we can inspect the issue.
You can try as a first step to deactivate all the plugins, except then ones that are included in the theme package. Switch to the main theme if you use a child theme. Check any customization of modification to the theme files, that you might have made.
Then verify if the problem is solved.
Thanks
Hi,
Please try and update the theme using this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
The surest method is by FTP. Follow the advice from the guide and make backups before updating the theme.
Update the plugins that are included in the them package as well. Switch to the main theme if you are using a child theme, as the code might need adjustments after updating.
If you made modifications to the previous theme files, you might need to make them again if needed.
Thanks
Hi,
It will be considered for implementation only if the request becomes more popular. There are many other suggestions and recommendations that might have higher priority.

Hi,
You can simply disable the login from the Theme panel->Header settings

Thanks
Hi,
That particular demo you mention is using Header style 6 (similar to style 7 as well)
You could simply select that header style to achieve that result. If you have many menu items you can stretch the menu and display them in a single line
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hDbQtUUMO0FH
Thanks
Hi,
Check the theme system status section and make modifications to the WordPress and server parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
This will ensure the proper functionality of the theme and plugins. It could also be a solution if the theme panel is not saving properly.
Try making these changes, or ask the hosting to make them for you if needed. Then try again to make the settings you want.
Thanks
Hi,
I have made some tests with some Greek language characters like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/p7FmAZNwBy
They seem to display fine, and save properly
– https://www.screencast.com/t/w1Bjct4izANk
Maybe I am misunderstanding this, but for me it seems to work. I have not made any other changes or adjustments. You could try with a different browser, and check the results.
Thanks
Hi,
You could customize the blocks from the main section to display posts from specific categories, and the sidebar elements to display other specific categories or exclude category Id’s. Each block can be filtered and sorted with the available settings
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Thanks
Salut,

Multumesc!
Hi,
It could be that the theme request is being blocked by a security plugin, or firewall on the server. Check this topic for more information and possible solution

Hi,
There is a condition in that particular demo that hides the header ad. You can either edit the demo file and remove it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/6EkG80xU3
Or enter this code in the Theme panel->Custom CSS
– https://www.screencast.com/t/e33sDjo4duK
.td-gadgets .td-header-style-5 .td-banner-wrap-full {
display: block;
}
Thanks
Hi,

Hi
You can place any element you want on pages, using the tagDiv composer
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
All the blocks can be filtered by category/categories and the posts sorted (latest sorting available)
It is up to you which elements you choose and what block settings you use. Here you can see how all the blocks look in different layouts
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-1/
You can have each block display posts from one category and sort them by latest, for example.
There is also a Latest articles section that you can display on the page
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
Thanks
Hi,
It seems to be present in the page structure
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ohTizBL2pvQ
If you are using an Adsense ad code check the settings maybe it is disabled
– https://www.screencast.com/t/lxklIuqTCu6r
The options should be disabled. Or maybe test with a different ad code, or enter some other content (even random text) and see if it is displayed. Make some tests on a test page with this custom ad.
Clear any caching installed as well after making changes.
Thanks
Hi,
I have tested some of the code you mention and it seems to work properly. For example the modification to the link color in the post content, and the blockquote
– https://www.screencast.com/t/CSlPW65DYB
Most of the font properties of blockquotes can be changed in the theme panel, except the color modification
– https://www.screencast.com/t/6BHQmcP4tX
Blockquote color can be changed in the theme panel as well
– https://www.screencast.com/t/VaBVOKk63S
Where there are no settings available, you could use the browser inspector and identify the elements and classes present, in order to create custom code
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
If there is a visible delay present before the code is applied, try entering the custom doe directly in the theme stylesheet.
Thanks
Hi,
That probably was the issue with the Visual composer update. You must have updated this plugin, before it is officially supported by the theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
There were similar problems where in the backend, only code would display inside the elements. You should only use the Visual composer plugin that is provided in the theme package, as this is tested and fully compatible with the theme. Or if you have a purchased license, at least make sure it is the same version and do not update it when available.
Please note that in the theme latest update today, support for Visual composer 5.2 was added. Try updating the theme and check if the problem is solved.
Only use Visual compose or tagDiv composer, not both at the same time
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Also check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
This will ensure the proper functionality of the theme and plugins.
Thanks
Hi,
If that More menu item is a category, try removing it from the menu and then add it again as a category in the menu settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/AiZ7c9iQ
It would be helpful if you could provide a link to your website, so we can inspect the issue. The menu item that should be highlighted is the current menu item, that you are on.
Thanks
Hi,
The only available social accounts that can be added in the social counter at the moment, are mentioned here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
If you would like to add a different social account, it would be easier to maybe install a plugin that may have the option.
Thanks
Hi,
It could the case that you used Visual composer for your posts. That is why they are displaying like that. Try creating a new post with a sidebar if needed for the test, and test if it is displaying properly.
Visual composer is not recommended to be used on posts, but could still be used if enabled in the settings. The tagDiv composer can only be used on pages.
Thanks

Hi,
Each element from the Homepage (block, big grid etc) can be customized. You can select the needed element and control what posts it displays, and from which category

Hi,
You must consider that there were a lot of changes made to the theme with each update. It is recommended to make a backup to the database, and then install the new theme version by FTP as mentioned in this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Take note of the steps described in the guide. Also remember to update the included plugins along with the theme, from the theme package.

Hi,
Please provide a link to your website so we can inspect the issue. The mobile theme displays the same featured images in the modules it uses, and in the post page

Hi,
Please try entering this code in the Theme panel->Custom CSS section
.td-lifestyle.single_template_6
.td-header-style-1 .td-header-menu-wrap {
border-bottom: none;
}
Let me know if this fixes the issue that is currently happening with the featured image.
Thanks
