There is a delay but it is not that obvious. Please note that Css is working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default, and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause.
If you have any customization through custom code, try entering the code directly in the theme style.css file. This way it will be loaded at the same time, removing the flash. That would be a solution for this.

The tagDiv composer does not slow the website if that is what you mean, as Visual composer might have done. It is much lighter then Visual composer. If you want to remove or deregister the styles and scripts you mention, you can search here on the forum for other similar solutions. However your website is very fast, I don’t know what improvement this will make.

Try installing that version of the social counter, clear the browser cache as mentioned (or use a different browser) and try again. It would take probably a lot of code to make header style 7 look like header style 6. I don’t understand why would you not simply use header style 6 from the start. Maybe it would be easier and simpler to use header style 6 and modify it as you like, since it already has most of the requirements you mention, like height and centered menu items.

The list of suggestions and recommendations is very big, the developers have the hard task of deciding what gets implemented as soon as possible, and what gets delayed.
