Hi,
I see that that you have managed to resolve the issue. The footer seems to display properly at the moment – https://www.screencast.com/t/CUS4Kc6zNl
Thanks
Hi,
Try disabling the tagDiv composer plugin and then activate Visual composer. Then see if the problem is solved. The new composer is active by default. This front-end editor should not be used in combination with Visual composer on pages.
Here you can find more information
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
Thanks
Hi,
Please follow this topic and the solutions mentioned
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/after-paragraph-missin-in-article-inline-ad/
Most likely something happened when you updated the theme if you did. A theme reinstall like described should fix the issue. Be sure to make a backup before just to be safe. Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks
Hi,
Please explain in more details why the smart list is not working for you, and what are the problems you are facing. Or even provide screenshots with the steps you are taking would be helpful. There should not be any problems in creating a simple smart list.
Thanks
Hi,
You can try this and I believe it should work. Create the new template by cloning the content from one of the existing templates for example, then declare it here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/dQ03Cv6XOcw
Modifications to the td_config file will have to be made directly in the main theme unfortunately, it is not supported by the child theme.
I have not tried this properly, you can do it and share the results here.
Thanks
Hi,
There seem to be some errors still present on the page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/MNyTmntrO
Try leaving only Visual composer active, clear the cache and check the results. You could make a test by creating a new post and see if the issue is still happening.
Thanks
Hi,
I have tried inserting a subtitle through the database for a post
– https://www.screencast.com/t/banGM82k
And it is displayed in the post as soon as I refresh the page

Thanks
Hi,
Please follow his topic and the solution provided
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/facebook-app-just-sits-waiting-for-auth-on-follow-widget/
However the social counter plugin provided in the latest theme package should work properly.
If you cannot receive the access token please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. Leave the counter configured with your data. Also paste a link to this topic.
Thanks
Hi,
I don’t understand what exactly you mean, or if you have a problem using Visual composer. Maybe you could provide more details if you have issues, so I can give you a accurate solution.
You can use Visual composer if you do not want to use the new front-end tagDiv composer.
Thanks
Hi,
You could try this code an see if it is what what you want
– https://www.screencast.com/t/TDwkFkh2
.td-grid-style-7 .td-meta-info-container {
top: auto;
bottom: 0;
height: auto;
}
Thanks
Hi,
The theme does not modify the code, so it should be displayed properly if it is valid. It seems to be working if I remove the noscript tags from the code you are using
– https://www.screencast.com/t/lPY1hHOk7
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected your website and it seems to be loading properly at the moment. There are no ridiculous loading times from what I can see. You can try this speed optimization guide to improve loading speed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
There are multiple solutions here on the forum as well, that you can try.
Thanks
Hi,
There are a few simple steps that you have to take in order to create a smart list for a post. These are described in this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-lists/
If you follow them you should have a working smart list for the post.
Thanks
Hi,
Please try and do a fresh theme reinstall using this method
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Then from your plugins activate only the Visual composer editor, and check to see if the website is displaying properly. Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks
Hi,
If you mean the block titles these can be changed by clicking on the block like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/iu80Fd3Teyb
More information here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
For the Latest articles section you can change the text in Theme panel->Translations
– https://www.screencast.com/t/DnxDpqCQAz
If you have tried it like this and the changes are not saving properly, please check the theme system status and make modifications if needed to the parameters mentioned in this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks
Hi,
Please note that additional features and elements for the tagDiv composer will be added in future theme updates. They will be available exclusively for the new front-end page editor only.
Thanks
Hi,
Those pagination styles are not available for the search and author page. They are only available for blocks, category pages etc. There are no options to change the pagination in this cases. Maybe more options will be added in future theme updates, but I could not say when this will happen.
Thanks
Hi,
The category pages are not available for edit at the moment. The category templates can only be customized through the theme panel. These templates can be found in the theme folder here – https://www.screencast.com/t/kitUM93y
If you would like to add content to a category page you could enter it directly in the category template file. You can find multiple solutions here on the forum. Here are a few
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-can-i-use-shortcodes-in-category-descriptions/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/trending-now-on-category/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-add-or-created-ad-block-in-category-page/
I have no solution if that particular plugin does not work with the theme. Some plugins are simply not compatible. Not all themes and plugins offer the same level of compatibility unfortunately.
Maybe in future updates the category pages may offer options for more advanced customization, but I could not say for sure when this will happen.
Thanks
Hi,
1. For the image problem, please try to deactivate the tagDiv composer if it is active and see if it displays properly. If not disable all your other plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed and check again.
2. You can have any element you wanton top of your pages created in a page editor. If you mean to have an image on top of all pages, like category pages and post pages, it would take modification to the theme files. Please correct me if I misunderstand.
I cannot see your website unfortunately because of the security plugin, I don’t have access.
Thanks
Hi,
1. The demo style overrides the main theme style, it is not standalone. That is what happens when a demo is installed. The demo comes with it’s own customization that applies over the theme. You could if you want to identify these overrides and make the modifications directly in the theme style, and remove theme from the demo style. It could prove to be a lot of work.
2. The child theme does not affect the way the website looks by default. A child theme sample is provided in the theme package in the code folder. But it all depends on the files you modify, that is the purpose of a child theme. Here you can find more information about the child theme and what files can be used in it
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Thanks
Hi,
We have not had similar reports of problems with the theme update. I don’t know what could be causing this kind of issues with your website, and also have an impact on the database. A clean theme install and using only the bundled plugins should work properly.
You could send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information, as well as FTP access so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic.
Thanks
Hi,
It may not be easy yes. We have not made any tests in this matter. Like I mentioned you can try to adapt the previous solution for Visual composer if you want to achieve something like that, I have no quick solution to give you.
Thanks
Hi,
Please try it like this. Go to Appearance->Menus and re-add your category mega-menu item again, like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/WONcowP9N
Now the active menu should be marked and also you can access the main category by clicking on it. You can do this for all your other mega-menu items as well.
Thanks
Hi,
Please make sure that the plugins are activated in the plugins section. They should appear in the page edit screen. You could try as a test to disable all your other plugins except the composers, clear any caching installed and check again. If nothing works you could try a fresh theme install using this method
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
And test while no other plugins are active as well. Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks
Hi,
It seems to be working properly for me with the code you provided
– https://www.screencast.com/t/LmWVVcnbfKm
– https://www.screencast.com/t/WPYpnmoI4C
Maybe you have caching installed, try clearing the cache.
Thanks
