@Vishal Please make sure that you install the theme right and use this guide for that: https://forum.tagdiv.com/installation-newsmag/ and use the FTP method to upload the theme into themes folder then activate it from appearance > themes panel.
After this Install the Visual Composer plugin (required by the theme to work well).

We will try to fix the issue with the ticker in next versions you can try to use it on posts also as I suggested, unfortunately it was not designed to be used on posts and we haven’t tested this at all so I’m not sure how it will work for all posts types but you could try and let me know if I can help!

Then the image will be loaded at 600px and you would need to use custom css to make it fit into it’s container on desktops and also on tablets and set it to 100% width for mobiles. To target the image for all screens widths (desktop/tablets/mobiles) you would have to use this css snippets:

For the images that don’t look right like the one I pointed in the screenshot you should use the “Regenerate thumbnails” plugin and regenerate all your thumbs and also make sure that you use an image larger enough to fit all containers.

Hi,

Please make sure that you set a feature image for that post replacing the video URL and setting the post to standard format and check if the feature image is set as I have also checked this and haven’t found any issues with this: http://screencast.com/t/yvgevVyO2lK
If you still don’t have any feature image as a thumb please make sure that you disable all plugins, empty cache then regenerate the thumbs again and check for this by uploading an image and setting it as featured image.

To do this you also need to edit the functions.php file and change the add_image_size function with the thumb size you need, like this: http://screencast.com/t/u2h99TI4P then regenerate thumbnails. Please make sure that you make a back-up of your current theme installation then make this changes to the main theme and check if this works.

– Unfortunately I can’t help you with that as the theme hasn’t been tested with all plugins. You could try to disable all other plugins you also use and check if this still happens as this could be due to some other plugins also.
