Hi,
Unfortunately I cannot replicate it on my side, everything is fine and I get no error.
Could you please provide access to your webmaster tools area so i can take a look at those errors? You can provide restricted access – http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.ro/2012/03/safely-share-access-to-your-site-in.html
Please address us via email and provide the necessary info so we can investigate this.
Thanks
Hi,
I have tested this but seen no issues, could you please give us wp access o we can check this on your site?
Write us at contact@tagdiv.com include a link to this conversation and the necessary details which could help to look into this.
I have also noted your report concerning this and added this on our todo list for further investigation.
Please let us know!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Yes, the theme uses its own post views implementation and sores counts under ‘post_views_count’ meta, you can give it a try.
If it does not work I suggest you also address this to plugins authors, and let theme know about theme’s post view meta, they might have a quick solution for your case.
Hope this helps!

Hi,
Theme’s modules are built in the same way as module from our api example.
I suggest you try this wp function: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/has_category to test if a post has specific category assigned to it or not.
This modifications requires customization services so, as Bogdan also suggested, if you don’t have the necessary coding knowledge, we advise you to turn to freelancer to help you on this because we cannot provide customization services. Sorry!

Hi,
A plugin like WPFront User Role Editor: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpfront-user-role-editor/ can cause this, if you use it try without it, and if this is not your case please remove this code: http://screencast.com/t/tBCvgr5M87h empty all caches an test this again.
Thanks!
Hi,
I’m not really sure what you want to do. Could you please give us more detail on this:
“Can you please tell me how I can either seperate the ‘title’ and the href or how I can get it to work correctly?”
Please address us via email concerning this, write us at contact@tagdiv.com include a link to this conversation and more details, image would help to understand this better and we will look into this.
I have also noted your report concerning this and added this on our todo list for further investigation.

Hi
It could be a plugin issue so try to deactivate all but bbpress and see if this fixes, you can also test this by switching to a default wp theme and test this.
Let us know how it goes and give us wp access via email at contact@tagdiv.com including a link to this conversation so we can also have a closer look and test this.
Thanks!
Hi printing3d,
Sorry for delay we have day off yesterday as it was National Day!
I have replied you via email just now! Please give those instructions a try and let us know how it goes!
Thanks!
Hi Joseph,
I’m not aware of this however believe envato market has a downloads counter which prevents them to refund the item, but she gave you credit for envato market equivalent to your newsmag’s costs so you have to add the difference and purchase the newspaper theme which costs a bit more. I suggest you also address this to envato’s help center or just reply theme on this matter or wait for a reply if the message I see in your post is the latest one. I’m sure they can clarify this and will give a more precise answer.
Thank you for your message!

Hi,
Please make sure you also empty all caches and purge cdn files then test this again.
Let us know how it goes!
Thanks
Hi,
This is a post page: http://www.captain-gadget.de/funkstation/das-heimnetzwerk-per-powerline-erweitern so this isn’t among the conditions set for the header image, what I mean is that the solution Andrei gave you refer’s just to the category pages not for post the are part of that category. So if you need this to work for post pages also you need to customize this further and check the category of each post using wp methods/functions like the ones I’ve pasted below:
– https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/has_category
– https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_get_post_categories
Hope this helps!
Thanks!
Hi Eric,
Sorry for the late reply!
I have sent you a detailed reply via email!
Thanks!
Hi,
I see you have your menu seated on 3 rows now: http://screencast.com/t/wyamURmfs5I Theme’s menu smart snap feature hasn’t been designed for your menu configuration that’s why you experience this. I can’t provide you a quick fix on this as we have to investigate this but I have placed this issue on top of our todo list so we will fix this as soon as possible. Until then you can use the smart snap feature just on mobiles: http://screencast.com/t/AYTvGOWI
Thanks for reporting this!
Hi Josephine,
Unfortunately, the wp read more tag functionality isn’t working on newsmag theme just when used on modules like theme’s module 15: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/category/module-15-layout/ and in general it’s not working as you would want it, this functionality is used for excerpts mainly, you can check this on a default wp theme.
You can try use theme’s post pagination to setup this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-posts-with-pagination/ or use theme’s smart lists as well: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-smart-lists/
Hope this helps!

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply! We do not work on weekends!
Please make sure that you have the theme installed right, I have tested this using the latest theme version but could not recreate this error so I suspect this issue is specific to your site’s configuration.
Please sure you have installed the theme right and use the ftp method from theme’s update guide to upload theme’s files and remove the previous theme files before uploading the most recent ones then test this again and let us know how it goes. You can find a video tutorial on how to do this in theme’s update guide here: http://screencast.com/t/jNFnYQ0ONo – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/
Let us know how it goes and if you still experience this issue afterwards please address us via email at contact@tagdiv.com including a link to this conversation and also give us wp and ftp access so we can have a closer look at this and we will get back with a more accurate answer on this as soon as possible.
Thanks!

Hi,
Thanks for your update on this and sorry for the late reply!
Yes, the recommendations would be to leave it, eventually implement last updated time. I’m not aware of any restrictions from google because of a date, the only considerations would concern old posts.
Thanks for the message!
Hi farhanfida,
First of all thank you again for letting us know about this and getting in touch with us!
The duplicates of which your are notified by your testing software refers to the pull-down filter which is present on category pages: http://screencast.com/t/IvwEEY3G You can remove that filter by commenting it from category’s template file, like this: http://screencast.com/t/DPeD93kn5W then check this again. We also have this on our todo list so we’ll try to find a way to improve this feature in the near future and fix this.
If you still need a refund you can go ahead and ask it to envato, you have our support on it. Please let us know if you need guidance on this and address us via email at contact@tagdiv.com including a link to this conversation, we will give you further instructions on this there.
Thanks!

Hi,
The Error 28 is a disk space error which you should solve with your host.
Please also try these two solutions from below:
