Hi,

Please make sure that you also upload and use an image at least 1021px wide and 580px height as WordPress doesn’t enlarge images, you would need a plugin for that or custom css to stretch them: http://screencast.com/t/HKss39XQjYQ
Please let me know!

Thanks

Hi,

Unfortunately yes, you can also use the page builder on post pages but we don’t recommend it as it could cause issues.
I have check your site and noticed that you have an 403 error when accessing the admin-ajax.php file: http://screencast.com/t/1UngD4NFjYx
This usually appears because the server security module blocks the access to admin-ajax.php file.
Contact your server administrator and explain the situation, as it’s requested many times the file it’s treated as threat so it’s banned. You can report false positives to your server administrator to remove it from the banned list.
Hope this helps!

Thanks

Hi,

Those options from theme panel are overwritten by the ones from posts/categories.. so they are applied when the settings from posts/categories are set to default.
Hope this helps!

Hi,

Yes, the VC version tested and included within the Newspaper theme files is version 4.3.5.
You don’t have to worry about the plugin update warnings just ignore them.
We will test it and we will release an update with the new version of VC as soon as they will fix issues that apparently they have with the current version. You can see their forum for more info: http://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431/comments?page=332

Thanks

Hi,

This happens because you use many menu items, you can use this custom css to fix this: http://screencast.com/t/KGCiq5iV

@media (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 1018px) {
.sf-menu > li > a {
padding-left : 0px !important;
}
.sf-menu a.sf-with-ul {
padding-right: 26px !important;
}
.sf-menu > li > a {
font-size: 13px !important;
}
}

@media (min-width: 1019px) and (max-width: 1200px) {
.sf-menu > li > a {
font-size: 15px !important;
}
}

Thanks

Hi,

It’s possible but you would need custom work for it or you can also try to find and use a plugin for that or get someone to help you with this as unfortunately we cannot offer custom work because we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support. You can always get a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ if you don’t know how to do it yourself.
Sorry for the inconvenience!

Thanks for the message!

Hi,

I’m not sure to which icons from VC you refer too so please provide more details about them. Either way the theme doesn’t have an option to set other icons to menu items besides the default ones so you would need additional customization for this or try to find a plugin.
For logo and menu margins you need custom css so please provide more details about how you would want them and also provide your site’s URL.

Thanks

Please let me know if you still need help with this!
Thanks!

Hi,

Sorry for the delay!
Our daily support hours is between 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM (GMT+2) and we take message one by one starting with the older ones. For some messages we need more time to test and research the issues/requests/reports.

I have also tested the issues you’ve reported and haven’t found any issue with the transparent background. Set a background image from theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/0cOR1Iya8KH8 then set the header to transparent: http://screencast.com/t/CXvxGRze to test this.
Regarding the use of custom html instead of posts into the big slider I’m afraid that the theme doesn’t have an option for that and you would need to customize it yourself for it.
I’m not sure about what type of menu you refer to, if you want you can send me your site URL and I can take a look at this.
We recommend to use the logo at 300x100: http://screencast.com/t/2z2hcKeB and the theme doesn’t have an option to resize the logo so you would have to do it via css if you need it. Send your site’s URL so I can tale a look if you want.
If you are unsatisfied cannot use the theme, we can provide you with a full refund. Please contact us via email contact@tagdiv.com
Sorry for all the trouble you’ve encountered using our theme.

Thanks

Hi,

I have tested this before and should work fine. Make sure you do as I suggested, add the class and use the css. If you still can’t manage to do it please provide more details and also provide your site’s URL with an module 7 set so I can inspect this.

Thanks

Hi,

@rparlier

Please make sure you download and update your theme to the latest version then remove the social counter plugins and install from the /plugins folder that was provided together with the theme files when you’ve downloaded it from themeforest: http://themeforest.net/downloads
The social counter plugin included into the latest theme version is 2.7 so make sure you have it and try again. Also note that the tagdiv social counter and speed booster plugins will not notify you of an available update so you need to update theme every time you update your theme and an update for any of those two plugins is mentioned in the update log.
I have tested your twitter user and work fine:

Hi,

You might need additional customization, please also provide your site’s URL as I need to inspect this in order to offer you an exact answer.

Hi,

I have checked your site and noticed that your issue is not happening because of Firefox browser or only if using it as I have also found this issue on chrome browser and it seems that the custom fonts you have added and use are not found: http://screencast.com/t/gFnVbtMSA
Please make sure that you add and use them right using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-custom-fonts/
If this is still not working please also test this without any plugins and make sure you empty cache and purge files if you use any CDN host services.

Thanks

Hi,

You can find the arguments builder for blocks/widgets shortcodes here: http://screencast.com/t/qdobjd3bI
This is the case for 7 days post sorting: http://screencast.com/t/vdFM22lEX and the filed are here: http://screencast.com/t/JIUvJ4OhXii

Hi,

You can find the title tag in the header file: http://screencast.com/t/yexe7dmSp8pA
Alter it as you like. As for the code you’ve sent I believe it also adds an description (post excerpt), keywords(tags) on post pages, I’m not sure how it will work, the theme doesn’t have an option for that.

Thanks

Lucian

I understand now, sorry about that! Those grid columns are created using text block elements from Visual Composer page builder and the columns layouts like this: http://screencast.com/t/4iBp3ZelXmgv
I’m not sure about the js matter as I need to inspect your site to make an idea about it so please provide if possible your site’s URL and also let me know if you have tried this without plugins.

Thanks

Hi Chris!

Please try this custom css for the issue you have with Paypal info box: http://screencast.com/t/yn9fXsum

.woocommerce #payment div.payment_box, .woocommerce-page #payment div.payment_box {
width: 75% !important;
}

@media (min-width: 1024px) {
.woocommerce #payment div.payment_box, .woocommerce-page #payment div.payment_box{
width: 83% !important;
}
}

You can also modify or remove that paypal info by removing it for m the description filed from woocommerce settings: http://screencast.com/t/gdMhxxABf

Regarding reviews this might help: https://support.woothemes.com/hc/en-us/articles/203447633-How-to-Disable-Product-Reviews
I have also tested this and found that having that filter in the functions file dose remove the reviews tab from product page: http://screencast.com/t/bwaygpI63sI
Hope this helps!

Thanks
