If you are using child theme you can only use single post templates from theme panel. At the moment CPTs do no work with Cloud library templates. For 2 you will have to make sure that your created your mega menu properly. It looks like you have a submenu and then a mega menu. Check your menu and remove the submenu Lightroom.
