If it is already disabled and everything is working properly there should be no issue. From what I can see wordpress will remove it in the future: https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/xmlrpc-wordpress

There are lots of premium themes that may conflict with some plugins. Due to the large number of features this conflicts may happen. Some of the plugins may be addapted but unfortunately this is not covered by the support team. If you are using AdSense auto ads, you have to insert the code in only 1 place. For example, insert it in Theme Panel – Ads – Header Ads. And that is the only place where this code should be.
If you insert it in more than 1 place, the code will be broken or will not work. Based on your most intense areas where users put their finger (on mobile) and cursor on desktop, Google will autoplace ads so that you will get maximum out of them.
Please make sure that after you are making any changes, clear your cache and test your changes on an incognito page.
You can if you want to switch to standard templates but that would be a shame when there is so much more potential on cloud library templates.

There is no issue. If you have removed the plugin completely and the layout was still there that is a caching problem. Please make sure to use a good caching plugin, we recommend WP Super Cache, also ask your host and make sure that they don’t have any caching active, sometimes host plans have cache included and they may be in conflict.
