Please note that we recommend Contact Form 7 plugin for forms. WP Forms has not been tested with Newspaper Theme.
You can use the column text element in order to render shortcodes or use HTML codes. Simply copy the shortcode and insert it in the text area of the column text as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/UEMEsVKog

Yes, for video you will need to select video post type and use vimeo or youtube videos only !
For audio you will have to select audio format and insert soundcloud only.

By editing the block using tagDiv Composer you can set offset option as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/cHjJfiTIDx5 So in your case if your 2nd block has offset 5 it will render the posts starting with post number 6.
