Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

You can use the column text element in order to render shortcodes or use HTML codes.

Column text is an element from tagDiv Composer.

The slider is the heaviest and that is why is loaded last. but from what I can see there is not that much of a difference to when its loaded. Hard to notice.

1. Unfortunately you cannot add URL to your slides in order to have those elements as ads. You can use the revolution slider element and design them as ads if you want.

2. Every Newspaper Theme release comes with latest Revolution slider version. The Revolution slider is included in a bundle and you don’t have to buy the version.
