You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

As mentioned above, Depending on the size this stays good on your end too. But smaller screens, mostly laptop screens will not see it well. Resizing the content of the Ad should help you have better quality on smaller screens too.

The background Ad is not. As you can see on your end the theme is fully responsive. But having a Background ad will not work properly on small screens or other viewports.

The recommendation is 1920x1080px ( full HD ). Using that image size is how all the block should work very well around it. The x 0 option will make the image to auto adjust it’s height around the block.
