After some research and some discussions with our developers this in fact is not an issue.
The images will remain saved so they can be served faster to the users, instead of waiting for the API to pull the images, the last 3-4 images will come from your website.
Our developers are working on updating this and making it better but it will still remain most likely the same.

In your screenshot is the Mobile Theme plugin. And yes, you can deactivate the Mobile Theme option only on certain pages.
If you want to remove the mobile theme plugin but still have the same appearance you will have to use the Mobile Editor and create mobile templates that can be edited using tagDiv Composer. Please note that even another version of the same font ( if you have a normal and a bold version ) will show up. That is not necessarily a problem. But the normal recommendation is to have 1-2 fonts at maximum.

What you need to do is to edit your page using tagDiv Composer as you can see here:https://i.imgur.com/s9BMRAd.png You will need to create it from scratch. Add elements and all the text inside Column Text elements.

From what I can see the FOUT is caused due to numerous FONTS on your website: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/fout-flash-of-unstyled-text-issue-with-website/ After inspecting your website it looks like you are using around 10 fonts and font abreviations. That will affect it. Please try to reduce the number of the fonts and let us know the result !
