On Newspaper Theme you have the option only to edit the Post Template, not the post content. Unfortunately this feature is not yet available in Newspaper Theme.

That CSS comes because you are using a tagDiv composer template. In order to change your appearance you will have to do it via tagDiv Composer as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/v3eACqRUnOsW

From what I see at the moment on your desktop website, you are using only 1 header.
If you see more headers you will need to check your Cloud library and see how many headers are available in it. If there are more than 1 I recommend you to remove them.
For the mobile issue please make sure that you have cleared your cache. At the moment we cannot see mobile theme active anywhere on your website. Please let us know if it is active and send us a screenshot of your mobile theme settings.

Unfortunately the only option that you have is to manually hide them using negative ids. For example here I want to hide post ID550, in order to do that I use -550 in the id filter as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/gMr8Shvym0N if you want to hide more posts you can add a comma ” , ” after each id.

Newspaper Theme only offers the filtering options that are available on some elements as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/mmMaEukGO069 You can filter posts or show only them using their IDs.
This are the only options to filter your posts in Newspaper Theme elements. Unfortunately you cannot edit each module from a block.

The only options available in order to divide it are the ones shown above. You can set another layout as I shown in the picture above. You will have to edit the entire ROW and inner ROW in order to achieve 6 columns.

Please make sure to clear your cache. I have inspected your website using a mobile device and the only difference on mobile when in Landscape is that your header logo does not appear. In rest all the colors are there, everything is as it should.
