Have you checked for admin-ajax error? Please verify the console when you try to import the template, usually, it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, please check if this code is missing from your .htaccess: https://www.screencast.com/t/iN0R93dD3p from our requirements https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ this requirement is not displayed in System Status.

In these topics, other themes are used, and yet the problem still appears. Since the moderators are kind enough to remove posts from related topics, let’s open a new one.
This issue started 48 hours ago. Sharing a post on Facebook returns 403 Forbidden Error.
Please do not ask to turn plugins on and off or install a different theme. I have tried everything.
So rather than advising these or stating that the problem is on Facebook’s side, please help me to overcome this problem.

It seems that this is a general issue, and the error is not caused by the plugin or theme, but rather by Facebook.

I have problem from yesterday night untill now. Every link a share in Facebook i get problem with 403 forbidden noninage preview no title preview. Only show this . Any issue? You should check the errors from the console (CTRL + right-click -> Inspect -> Console) while is loading, so you can see which errors are you encounter there.

Thanks. Unlikely, given the other problems I’ve had with your theme, which you can see in the log, and which I had to solve myself, all of which were problems with your theme (such as it breaking when an tag was included in the title attribute).
1) Please answer my question about what you mean by “have a 403 error displaying in the console.”
2) How did you “give me the steps necessary to look into,” when none of those did anything?
3) What is your reasoning for it not being on your end, other than you seem unable to figure out what the problem is?

Thanks. I hardly think it’s appropriate to provide all that, which wouldn’t work anyway, since all the logins have two-factor authentication. I’ve described the problem in detail. You didn’t answer my question about what does “have a 403 error displaying in the console” mean. If there is something that needs to be looked at in cpanel (which does not including all the PHP and .htaccess modifications, all of which have been done), please let me know.

As to the other steps, it’s not clear what steps you’re talking about in the multiple links, each of which contains discussion of multiple items, none of which talk at all about the problem at hand. But all stated requirements for the theme are in place and there are none of the listed problem interferences. The problem is still there.

We have checked all of our .htaccess files for code that would block.
We have disabled every plugin. Rolled back one version of Newspaper Theme. We have totally reloaded WordPress.
We have changed themes, and posting works just fine!
The only thing in common with this is our three sites with something in the NEWSPAPER Theme code blocking robots/scrapers.
This image issue is ONLY with my sites that use the Newspaper Theme. Our team has disabled all plugins, looked through every setting, etc. This problem IS SPECIFIC to the NEWSPAPER theme, and there are MANY reports of this issue from NEWSPAPER Theme users. As a web developer, the 100+ sites we have work just fine! Only the three NEWSPAPER THEME sites are giving us the Forbidden 403 error on social media for photos. The same social sites pages take images from other websites just fine. AGAIN, this is SPECIFIC TO NEWSPAPER THEME!

On my staging site i’m getting a 403 error in the console when I try to click “edit content” and the content editor pop up should open.
My memory limit is 256M, before I play around with all the .htaccess settings and removing other plugins it would be good if someone could look/advise to see if there is a common issue i’m missing

Thanks for the links. I have followed some of the procedures described there, but unfortunately without success.
The link “Edit with TagDiv Composer” generates error 403. However, if, for example, the “Homepage” page is opened via “Edit”, the page can be opened in the Composer using the blue “TAGDIV COMPOSER” button.
What is the difference between “Edit with TagDiv Composer” and “TAGDIV COMPOSER”
