if you could please read back your reply, it doesn’t make any sense.
however as i gigged into this matter of my own, i could see that the featured images for my posts are fetched as native LARGE IMAGE. means that the images shown in my homepage are large images which in my case was 1024px max.
all other images that bellow that line was displayed as they were.

i still wonder how YOUR THEME manages not to use your own set of thumbnails but the natives.
how ever i think i came up with a workaround by reducing my LARGE image dimensions in media settings to 480×480.

but as im having about 20000+ images it is something near HELL to rebuild those thumbs…

in my opinion it is VERY BAD IDEA to use a large 1024px featured image thumbnail .
my site was dying to load.

anyways.. you sure could & will sure improve …

Hi Bogdan, thank you for the advice and information on the demo content. I planed on removing all posts and pages from the demo but couldn’t find how to replace some of the design image elements. For example, the three images under the Slider Revolution bar on the Travel Blog demo theme. So was trying to just individually replace the images with new images in the media library. How should I manually replace those images?

We had done till step 3 but how to enter classic and text mode we done know. Please explain step 4 & 5 and also w here we put the adsense code to get shortcode..

Also note that most “good” web hosts actually support both PHP7, and PHP5x during the transitional period of the next year where “most” will start moving to PHP7 for 2017, but not everything yet works right. SO, for example on my server, I can go to a specific site’s php settings an CHOOSE to use either PHP7 or PHP5.x depending on the site. During the “transitional” period with PHP7, most good hosts should be doing this!

Some themes build-in functions to do that, just like a built-in contact form, etc., in lieu of plugins. If that function was part of old theme and NOT a plugin, you would need to replace the method used in old theme with a plugin to replicate that function. This is actually one example of where using a plugin *is* better than doing everything in the theme, as it is agnostic and can move from one setup to another without breaking.

Actually that code removed all links (not only from title). For example on the main page I have:
– Title
– Text of the articles with links in it (below the title)

After I put the code, both title + links inside the article shown on the main page became not clickable. The idea is to make the title non clickable, but to keep the links in the article clickable. Is is possible?

It worked as it should… But I am really disappointed that Andrei didn’t try to check and solve my issue 🙁

Anyways..few things are still unsolved –

As I have earlier too that I have done some customisation with ( image caption text/link ) to make it look better and it’s working really well with default post without smart lists and even with images uploaded externally on smart lists.

The code is:

But with internally uploaded there are two issues still left.

1. It doesn’t honor the above written custom CSS
2. The whole image is clickable and opens in the same after when clicked. the link is the one- we have written under “caption” to credit the source of the image.

You must be understanding that sending your visitors to the external site on the same page is never a good idea. So, please look at these two issues whenever you have time.

And please try to understand that these are universal issues with all the TagDiv theme users who want to use Smartlist the way I am using. So, please take this issue seriously for the benefit of the whole community.

J’ai suivi vos instructions mais je pense qu’en installant la version 7.3, j’avais mis à jour les plugins dont celui de Visual Composer
Voici mon problème :
1- Dans la démo, il y a le champ style
2- Moi je n’ai pas ce champ
​3-donc sur mon site, il y a bien un encadré réseaux sociaux mais les logos FB… sont blancs sur fond blanc et pa s de texte, pas de clic possible…voilà ce que cela donne sur mon site

Texte écrit en français mais qui apparaît avec des mots incohérents car transformé de l’original

Correct. The ad is working because I switched off Modal in the theme panel –which I’d like to keep on.

That works but … it’s taken every .block-title header and turned them into White text on Red background. Ideally, we would have the custom colours set up – eg, SPORT being green.
Crucially though, in the footer, this looks very strange. See screenshot
