If you want to use mobile theme+AMP, you need to do the changes in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Theme Colors -> https://i.imgur.com/zxwm5WA.png

Hi hfrevolution, if I’m right it is possible that the mobile theme plugin to be enabled and this do not have a menu set. The mobile theme plugin is using different settings then the responsive version -> https://i.imgur.com/9jFpVMg.png if you do use it and you want only the responsive version, then just disable the plugin, or if you are using it with amp, then set it only for amp version.

In some of the modules and single post, the author and date details are appearing oddly (see here https://ibb.co/tpFNzqK). When the text is wrapped, the second line seems to indent slightly rather than run flush with the text above. I’ve tried a bunch of CSS attempts to fix it and nothing seems to resolve it. Can you offer a solution?

Problem with Locker (Op-in builder) – Please fix it ASAP
Problem1: Email Locker does not work with CDN/Cache
Result: Same email locker present even after users provide their emails – does not unlock content even after users provide email.

Problem2: Subscription Locker works halfway only. After user clicks ‘Subscribe Button’ it redirects them to Plan modal and everything works, then the problem starts.
Result: CND caches the content and its available for free for everyone, making Subscription Locker useless.

I reach out to BunnyCDN Support and below is what they suggest.
I suspect this may be an issue with the paywall plugin you’re using, it might be worth reaching out to them to see if they can see what is going on here as it sounds like they’re re-using the same URLs here which may be causing the issue.
If they can give us paths to exclude from the CDN, we can look to get this setup for you.

Its showing normal in admin panel, but once I press in the size is different and cannot show picture.
I’m using the content locker on my site which has the Publication Pro templates.
The content locker works perfectly for desktops. However, when I enable AMP on the exclusive posts, the AMP version of the site is automatically unlocked.
Is the native content locker on the Publication Pro templates compatible with AMP?

It isnt clear whether we’re supposed to use both the tagDiv Mobile Theme and the AMP plugin?
When we turn on both, the Mobile Theme setting do not properly apply on the Blog Details page. Specifically speaking the colors we have set for the meny background, title background and search background do not apply. The home , category and tag pages appear as expected.
When we turn OFF the AMP plugin, everything appears as expected, with the proper colors.
Any ideas, why your color setting stop working on the blog details page when AMP is turned on?

I am using Siteimprove to optimize my Newspaper site in regards to accessibility.
I have stumbled on a few things I cant seem to correct.
It seems that some tags are empty and that triggers an error in accessibility.

Still haven’t been able to get this working.
Single post views are set not to be visible on the page (Post Settings -> Post and Custom Post Types -> Show Post Views is turned off).
However, view counts are being recorded and displayed in the list of posts in the WP dashboard.
‘USE LAST 24/48 HOURS & 7 DAYS POST SORTING’ is enabled under Block Settings.
‘ENABLE / DISABLE AJAX POST VIEW COUNT’ is also enabled under Post Settings.
When I create the relevant sidebar widget – https://imgur.com/a/BSiK7pT – choosing ‘Popular (all time)’ works, but ‘Popular (last 24hrs),’ ‘Popular (last 48hrs)’ ‘Popular (last 7 days)’ result in a blank list.
I have tried turning WP Super Cache off, but that makes no difference.
I just made a clean installation of PHP8, wordpress and newspaper theme.
After importing the LONDON NEWS PRO prebuild theme template i cannot see the first page.
The console error i am getting is:

Hi Bennettheyn, when you import only the demo settings, then indeed this will not look like in our demos. When you import it with content then are imported pages and posts, for example, when it is installed without content there are no pages and no posts. Now you have your own posts, but you need the homepage. I think that we can try like this. Keep the demo imported without content and take from here the homepage code. Just copy it and past it in a new page, after that set it as your static homepage and set te page template like this https://i.imgur.com/ukGVV07.png. Then you’ll need to edit it with tagDiv Composer and change the filters from the blocks using your categories.

We recently purchased and installed the Newsmag theme for WordPress. In running the prebuilt website installer with the option to install demo content, sample posts do not seem to be installed, making the prebuilt site essentially blank.

Normally, if you use a cloud/PRO template, then you can edit the homepage for example with the tagdiv Composer and you can edit the elements in header and footer too.
If you use a default header, then you can’t edit it with the TagDiv Composer. So, you need to import a cloud one from Cloud Templates: https://tagdiv.com/how-to-use-the-header-builder-and-tagdiv-cloud-header-templates/. You can do it from scratch also: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg
