After I turned on the AMP version on 10.4 newspaper on my website (https://www.opensourceforu.com/) and installed amp-analytics code also. But not able to track the amp traffic in Google Analytics. My all pages have been changed to /?amp at the end of URLs. Now when I am searching Behaviour>>Site content>>all pages. And, adding /?amp to search nothing is showing up in traffic data. What am I missing here?

Actually, you can’t turn a page into a template, but you can duplicate a page and use it as the basis of another page. About the shortcodes, for example if you copy the shortcodes from a single post template and paste them in a page, they won’t work because some of them are specific only for that template. Example: page title will work, but post content will not work.

The page speed is not related only to the theme that you are using, this is affected by plugins/content/ads/ external resources, etc.
I just checked your website and it looks that your images and thumbs are not optimized, for example, you can use EWWW Image Optimizer plugin, also, you can try other plugins like Autoptimize. Your website needs an optimal speed that’s why you need to make some settings also to help for the improvement.

However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view.
Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website.
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.

I set up all details in AMP plugin setting (Transitional) and still don’t see the activation on the webside.

Hi,
I have a plugin that creates a custom masked image on posts (it works fine) so I don’t need to have a featured image on these posts. The problem is that the post just displays the title on the blog page.
One, is there a way to have the featured image only display on the blog page, etc., and disable it on the post page?
Two, I noticed in the documentation that there is a setting in the Theme Panel > Post Settings > Featured Image > Featured Image Placeholder (https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image/#). The text below the setting states, “When a post doesn’t have a featured image set, the theme will load a placeholder image.” While I can enable & disable this option from here, I do not know where to set the placeholder image & have not been able to find any additional documentation on this topic.

Just crazy, if this happens so few times its not so important but would like to know why this png are called. It should be asked always if its a general error, not 3-4 times each day…

I can see the blog posts populating in a few cateogaries whereas skipping other’s.
For example the gaming cateogary in the link below has no blog posts:

But,when you open the blog post it does show it up as the cateogary path

Also, it takes time and mostly needs me to purge server cache to show the blog post on the mobile homepage.

Will the mobile theme still function without the AMP plugin?

yes I did that, however the behavior is not like in Newspaper documentation. This category is not hidden and is shown on wordpress frontend for example in categories siblings Newspaper element or on article view it shows two categories (for example food – main category and featured as well).
Should I do something else to make sure it is a hidden category and just used for featuring articles for the purposes of flex blocks?

I think this problem is caused by using two page builder.
I understand you have created a mobile page, please make sure you set it => https://www.screencast.com/t/bYroSq7x8T9, also, the header and footer are taken from the standard ones. All you have to do is edit the mobile page, and in Manager (Website Manager) you need to import or the easy way is to convert the existent header like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/z924EIRIMr1Y
The same must be done for the footer.

You need to ask your host how to implement cache on Nginx.
as far as I know, Nginx usually uses as a cache plugin, Litespeed and it can interfere with the theme when don’t recognize mobile theme plugins and mobile pages, for example, but you can try it.
We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

I’m dealing with the same issue, no cache plugin installed, just the AMP and Contact Form running. Anyway I deactived all of them except the tagDive ones and same error.

Since a while ago, maybe since the last time I updated the theme.
If I go directly into my website http://www.thewotme.com, the first part of the theme is not properly shown: New ticker & Big Grid Flex 5 are showing only text with withour format.
When I clic on “Edit with TagDiv composer”, the template or theme is correctly shown but not out of the “composer”. THe rest of the page and sections (Flex Block) are correctly working.
I have tried to change values (to refresh it) in the New Ticker & Big Grid Flex but it does not work, I have changed the Big Grid Flex 5 for another one (3) but … same.
I have also tried with another laptos, navigators, devices .. same
Version I have is 10.4
What can I do ?

On the demo site there are small badges on the thumbnail images, for example: news, art, etc.
These are the categories of the posts. I need to list the tags instead of categories on the thumbnail images.

I want to show the author name at the top of a post but i don’t want it to be linked to the author profile. So that the author name is shown, but not clickable. You know what i mean?
I want the same thing with the “Source name” at the bottom of a post. Because even if i don’t put in a “Source url” the filled in Source name is linked to http://www.posturl.at/# (= clickable) in the front end.
Would be great if you could tell me how to remove the links from the author name and Source name.
