Please look into my account. I have purchased TWO Newspaper themes. One on 18th January 2017 (regular license) & the second on 16 June 20120 (regular license). Both are shown in my account available as as Downloads NewspaerX version with one year of remaining support. I am using both on my two different sites. When I download the one which I purchased 16th June 20, it downloads correctly as Version X 10.1.5 with option to download plugins. But when I download the other which I purchased on 18th January, 2017, it downloads as 8.5 version without option to download plugins, though both downloads show 1 year remaining support in my account.
Please check my account and advise me what I need to do to download the one which I purchased on 18th January, 2017 as Neaspaper version X 10.1.5. with option to download plugins.

I have a problem, when I go (with my phone) on my site lowtechnation.com from my Instagram bio, I land on a amp version but without ?amp in the url, and everything is ok and I have further a nice lazy loading effect on my images.
But when I go (still with my phone) on my site thanks to google, I land on my site but this time with ?amp in the url and my menu doesn’t work normally ( I mean the scrolling menu doesn’t work). Furthermore I don’t have the nice lazy loading effect my images, anymore.
My questions are : Is possible to make land people only on the version without ?amp in the url ? If Yes, Would Google still consider my site as AMP ?

That you can do is to make your full website amp, for this you’ll need to use mobile theme plugin and amp plugin and make sure that you check all the settings for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/3jxQM4n.png in this way all the users that are using mobile device and search your website on google will use the amp version.

When the website is only shortcodes (html text) then one of the theme plugins that are required is disable, for example tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library or tagDiv Standard Pack. When you reinstall the theme, then you will install and enable these plugins fron Newspaper > welcome section, in that way the problem is solved, but is no need for that, you can just go in Newspaper> plugins and enable the one that is not active.

Form what I know there were some changes made by Instagram.

Our developers are aware about this problem and try to find a way to get the feeds from Instagram and display it again.
Also the social counter is usually fix by clear the cache, if this is not working, you need to replace the social elements (with envato or example), save the changes clear all cache and check the results, after that set back your socials and clear the cake and check the results.

You can use mobile theme plugin with amp plugin, in this way you can use custom css and you can set it in Theme panel> mobile theme> Custom code> custom css and if you’ll set the amp classes of element, then it will be apply only on amp.

Using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders or shortcodes ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Unfortunately if you are using same plugin for shortcodes, this will not work on mobile theme, it will be interpreted as a html text, this will work only on responsive version. Also because amp plugin is use with mobile theme plugin the shortcode will not work on amp too, only if you do not use the mobile theme for amp.

When the mobile version or amp is displaying on desktop is a cache problem, we recommend to use WP Super Cache plugin, this is a free plugin and tested with our theme, also we have a guide for the settings you should do -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also if you are using other cache plugins please deactivate them and make a test.

I got the Instagram widget on my main page. In order to get the images from my Instagram account.
Settings:
Admin panel => Newsmag / Theme panel / Social Networks
I now removed the token so:
CONNECTED ACCOUNT:
No account connected!
And when I click the button ‘Connect Instagram Account’
I go to a page:

So we’ve emailed the contact@tagdiv.com. The person said that they resolved one of our sites by clearing the server cache. However, we had done that before and it was still not working. We asked for further information as to what else was done. But a different person responded back and asked us for the same information cPanel and admin login again from the beginning. We seem to get a different person each time and the same instructions which we’ve done and it doesn’t solve it. But clearly something was done to solve it for 1 site. We have 80+ sites this is affecting and others have commented on this thread as well who are experiencing the issue. What besides the following steps need to be done to fix this, again we have 80+ sites this affecting and keep getting the run around.
If you are using the social counter, youtube videos or Instagram, make sure that you set in theme panel the api key -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/ also for YouTube you need to use an api key too -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/ after that the social counter should work -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Also if you are using cache plugin, you need to clear all cache change the ids on counter for example on “envato” check the results and set back your social accounts.

Hi, I downloaded the plugin for the mobile theme and the one for AMP, I activated and set everything. I entered the ads codes in the ‘Mobile Ads’ boxes (I don’t have Adsense and I can’t enter the codes because there is only this slot available for AMP ads) because someone on this forum had said that the ads were shown both on the version mobile and AMP, but it doesn’t seem to be like that.
In the AMP version, ads are not shown. How can I solve this problem?
I have integrated Google Analytics in http://www.topfgartenwelt.com. In the last few days I have changed the permalink structure and now I have the problem that it seems that Google Analytics not really counts the traffic. It shows me for example 52 visitors in total but I have more the 400 hundred impressions for ads. And also the data in the Google Search Console shows me more than 800 clicks for the day only from organic search. What could be the problem?

As I can see in our screenshot the mega menu is not displaying right, this it should look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/fawv6jH.png not like this -> https://i.imgur.com/huLxLLd.png make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please note that a cloud footer can not be edited from backend, only from frontend, using tagDiv Composer, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).

I have been trying to insert my custom shortcode into mobile theme but it is not working. Desktop version looks good, but amp version shows the shortcode, not the text it is supposed to return. Can you advise this basic functionality is available for this theme or not? Or any workarounds please?
