Hello,
You have the mobile theme plugin activated; please deactivate it and clear the cache.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you canât use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hello,
There are several posts on my website (www.guiassinia.com) that simply do not work. I made it work for some time by disabling/enabling Spectra plugin but then again after changing a bit the panel theme, it broke again. The only way the website to work on mobile theme, is just by selecting âAMPâ. In either case, the two issues I currently have are when using mobile, theme looks broken and, second, those posts that are categorised as âguias completasâ simply do not show up.

Thanks
Some my posts have tag “shorts_tag”, another – “shoes_tag”
I wrote them in settings of the flex filter
instead of “category” as in the examples in your answers to other clients
But the flex filter doesn’t show nothing
If i wrote “category” the flex filter shows categories
What did i do wrong?

Hello!
Check these examples:
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_shop_watches_store/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_pc_forge_pro/
You can use any demo from our list and apply the features:
Also, you can have a mix of them. You can import only some sections or templates of your current-designed pages from those demos. The templateâs manager is in Cloud Templates.

Gotcha, but is there a way to remove the placeholder on the front end of things, but when someone was to click through to a post they would see the image there instead?
For example in this photo https://imgur.com/a/99DIjuX I have the placeholder set to that newspaper image, but what if I wanted it to be shown like the one under “latest news” but when a user clicks into it post they see the featured image with the newspaper? like this https://imgur.com/a/YLCtlxV
would that be possible?
Hello!
You can specify the width of the inner columns there. For example: for the first column 20% and for the second one 80%. You can display the subcategories with the Subcategories shortcode on a category page.
There is a shortcode Single Post Categories for the Single Post Template that will display the parent category and the subcategories assigned for that current post. So, you can assign the subcategories to the posts, and then you can display them easily with Single Post Categories.
Thank you!
Hi,
That is possible. You could use the default widgets sidebar or create new ones. New sidebars can be created from multiple places, for example from the theme panel per category options https://prnt.sc/pgAakghfSN4E
All your sidebars can be customized in the widgets panel https://prnt.sc/sPqjg2lJM25u and there you can add widgets inside them.
To display the recent articles, you could use a theme block of your choosing https://prnt.sc/j16if_AcdbBp Add it in the sidebar https://prnt.sc/hzfSjVIZzVvK and by default it will display the latest articles from all categories https://prnt.sc/00xqruAL3nog
Please let us know if you have more questions.
Thank you!
Hello!
By default, you can add, for example, “100.00” as a value in the post, and the custom field shortcode will display that number.
Check this guide: https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/insert-commas-into-acf-number-field/
I hope that helps you!

Hi, I’m having this same issue as the user above. On desktop, I have a sidebar which has a widget showing other posts, and also is a placeholder for ads to be placed. That is exactly how I want it. However, on mobile, I don’t want the sidebar showing at all because the widget & the ad will delay my users to seeing the content they came for.
So how can we individually remove the sidebar for *mobile view* only please?
I’ve tried the re-ordering of the columns but it doesn’t seem to work for me.

Hello, I have a problem with the header and footer of the mobile version of my site. They don’t display in the design I’ve created.

Hello,
1. You can add in the ad box only one image, you can try to use ad rotate and set the code in ad box-> custom code.
You can try if this plugin works https://wordpress.org/plugins/adrotate/ -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-manage-ads-in-wordpress-with-adrotate-plugin/

Hello,
The options from theme panel are not applied to the cloud templates. You need to edit the template with tagdiv Composer and in the tab layout you can hide the category -> https://i.imgur.com/cKtGgZ8.png
Also, for each category, on the flex block there is a special filter for the current category, which dynamically displays the posts from that category within each category -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
The Posts Loop automatically filters the posts depending on the cloud template you set (for example, on the category page, there will be posted posts from that category) https://forum.tagdiv.com/posts-loop/
Thank you!
UPSHOT: Google’s own docs say no penalty to killing AMP and setting up 301 redirects. It will generate errors in search console for a bit since inbound links no longer there, but that is why you have the 301 for /amp and /amp?=1 or whatever. The canonical link is the real main version of story, and even the amp versions linked to the canonical to not create duplicate posts. Essentially you are killing the duplicate posts. We did this for PDF versions 2 years back, also, same deal. đ do it!!
Hi,
We’re using an SVG logo as our homepage header and I’d like this to serve as the H1.
Unfortunately, when enabled, the H1 pulls through as a styling parameter followed by the text logo and tagline.
Example of how the H1 appears:
.st0{fill:url(#SVGID_1_);} .st1{fill:url(#SVGID_0000649589713346394300001742013770_);} TitleTagline
When using an SVG logo, is there an optimal way of going about the H1, or a method of specifying H1 manually?
Thanks!
Good morning. I have 3 problems to solve in case you can help me. 1-I need to upload several advertising banner images inside the same box. I have used ad box to upload some punctual but I would need several to appear within the same ad and be able to control the appearance with each page update to be able to offer it to customers. 2- I would also need those ads to appear in the mobile version as in the web version because in the amp version they do not appear and in the Mobile version they are placed in another area. 3- is there a possibility of making a design in the PC version and another in the mobile version? For example, that an ad appears in PC version above and on mobile that same ad below. Thank you very much for your help
Hello Annamaria,
Thanks for the very fast answer.
I tried with both PHP version 8.0 and 8.1 the very same error persists.
Meanwhile I also tried with other prebuild websites, for example with “DEFAULT PRO”, the very same error occurs. , so this is a more general issue. I also carefully read the other thread you linked https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-at-zones-6models-1dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-currene/, but unfortunately there are no steps to follow there and also there is no solution described there đ
I am using official WordPress docker images, so any developer on your side can spin up exactly that image and reproduce the error:
– wordpress:6.7.1-php8.3-apache
or as you recommended:
– wordpress:6.7.1-php8.1-apache
– wordpress:php8.0-apache
For detailed diagnostics, all my experiences are on freshly installed images, with no other themes and plugins.

Is there any way that when accessing an AMP page it returns to our full main page?
I reported in the images – Google news > we access > AMP version > when clicking to main page > limited/reduced main page – without our full content and just news.
thanks to Calin and Cris for sharing the content. For us, we still need to evaluate the complete elimination of AMP mainly to know the impact on our positioning on Google. Today, our publications are quickly indexed and many of them are described as top stories.
Let’s read Chris’s share to study.
Today I realized that when Google displays our AMP page of a featured article indexed in the search engine – the user cannot return to our complete main page but to the small content page. In Brazil, many websites – including UOL (www.uol.com.br) – still use AMP.
If we choose to remove AMP, would we have to deactivate the plugin and leave only the theme plugin marked as mobile?
thanks
Hi thalesbrandao,
The AMP plugin is deprecated so will no longer be provide any fix for it – https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp now depends on users if they want or not to use they plugin.
Related the AMP and tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, that message is just a notice -https://i.imgur.com/rFkgw9m.png to use the AMP plugin with the mobile theme plugin so you’ll use the mobile theme plugin for your AMP version, doing this (using AMP + Mobile theme) the Transitional template is the only one that can be used – https://i.imgur.com/JnFXjlY.png if you want to use any other one, then you’ll need to disable the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin and use only AMP.
In case you want to remove the amp you can use the steps provided by @simchris – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/kiss-amp-goodbye/
Best regards
Hello,
AMP is deprecated as of January 2023-> https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp so we donât longer recommend it.
You can hide the author and date on that grid for the mobile theme plugin, from Theme Panel -> Block Settings -> Meta info on Modules/Blocks => https://www.screencast.com/t/CvxrWymeyk
Thank you!
